For years I've brought my cars to the dealer for oil changes because it's always been included, but when I leased my current car I had to find a place to bring it. I called Greg's because it is close to my home and I like to invest in the community. I called on a Wednesday, he was able to get me in Thursday morning. I explained to him that I would have to wait for my car and he said it wouldn't be a problem. I was in and out in half an hour! I couldn't believe it - because for the last 3 years it's taken a minimum of 1.5 hrs to get an oil change. I will definitely bring my car back to Greg's for any services I may need. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Greg's. I've been bringing my car there since October of last year. The only reason why is because I truly thought he was trust worthy & that is as valuable as gold to me. But honestly, ever since the first moment of meeting him, I've gotten such a bad vibe. He's so rude & he's super passive aggressive; basically he lacks communication skills & manners. On top of being over charged, every time I go to him to work on my Buick I am constantly left feeling like my business is unwanted. Every month or so I periodically go in at 9am to get my car breaks fixed & oil changed, I'll end up waiting 5 hours, with no thought as to how I'm feeling or anything. Like he literallyyy won't say a word to me the entire time I'm waiting. But I'll leave with a $500 bill... so anyway, the last straw was the fact that I brought in my Audi 2 weeks ago to get worked on & 2 weeks later I had to call HIM to ask how the progress was going. I literally got nooo call from him for 2 weeks. After calling HIM 2 weeks later, I was told that it was still not even looked at due to unforeseen circumstances. Thankfully, he called me the next day, but only to tell me that it would cost $6000+ to fix a rather simple issue. I ended up bringing my car to Route 11 auto, a mile away & guess what? They fixed the car in ONE DAY! Simply welded it & patched it up. For how much you ask? $200+... thank you Greg for showing me your true colors! If it wasn't for your bad business skills I would not have found my new repudiable mechanic named Pete who will take all my $$$ from now on. read more
