Brian replaced my entire braking system, performed an oil change, thoroughly inspected the vehicle, checked all of my fluids and critical components, and even provided photo documentation so I could see exactly what was done. That level of transparency is incredibly rare. What impressed me even more was his honesty. I was fully expecting a much higher bill based on the quality of the work, but he actually undercharged me. I ended up tipping him because I genuinely felt like I owed him more than what he charged. Brian is humble, down-to-earth, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. Pulling into the lot and seeing McLarens and Maseratis being serviced tells you high-end owners trust him, but he treated me and my car with the exact same care and respect. The job was installing a 12v outlet so that my wife can blow up her inflatable paddle boards, and within an hour, the job was done. Daury arrived on time looking sharp in his 'Splice' branded polo shirt, put protective covers on the car seats (much appreciated), and did his magic. I called Mr. Glass and they were able to start the process from the first moment I gave him my cars info. He said he'd have the windshield in an hour. I went to them to change the window. It took under two hours and I was done. They would've come to me but because of snow I thought it was better to bring it to them. It worked out great. They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge. I would recommend them for all your glass and mirror needs. They do glass shower doors too.

I just had my rims powder coated, and I went through this car wash. I had a couple of marks on my…read morerim, but I couldn't prove it was through the car wash, because I didn't check right away. This time I took a picture of my left driver rear rim to see if any other gases would happen, and sure enough it did. I showed the folks that worked there the before picture while I was waiting online to go through the car wash, and then I showed them after I went through the car wash. The gentleman obviously knew there was a new scratch there, but he called his boss, and his boss said he would look through the videotape, and as he did that, he said I had that scratcher on there already, it would not help me any further. While I was waiting, another customer came through the car wash, and the same thing happened to him. His name is Timothy, I have his phone number, he was driving a Tesla, and his left rear driver side tire had a scratch in the rim, just like mine. They wouldn't help him either, so this is the worst place to get a car wash. If you have low profile tires, do not go to this car wash whatsoever. This is the worst of the worst of the worst, and the owner is a piece of you know what! What a piece of you know what! Disgusting. Quick update there was a third person that day which I forgot to tell you about. And they did absolutely nothing, the manager that works there. His name is Jose, who wouldn't give me his last name, and would not help me out whatsoever.

Recently, my son who goes to school in Cleveland must have driven through a construction site and punctured his tires in so many places, it was towed to a local tire shop and I needed to purchase 4 new tires. I thought for sure he was being taken advantage of so I called Tire Express for advice. Twice, she took my phone call and answered my questions about the tires they were trying to sell him along with other services. She gave me great advice that saved me a lot of money and ensured I wasn't being ripped off. Keep in mind that while I have purchased tires from Tire Express over the years, I'm not in there enough that she knows who I am. I could hear in the background she was busy, so I tried to be quick, but never once did she rush me off the phone while knowing I wasn't giving them business. This sets the example of quality customer service.
