I am writing an updated review for a review I left this week. The manager after seeing my review…read morehas communicated very well with me to address my issues with items I purchased. Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Thank you Chucks for following up and understanding our needs.

A very nice lady I talked to said that, "sure, come on over, we can definitely help you." So when I arrived, there were no other customers in the store and one employee at the counter doing a crossword puzzle who pointed me to a man behind the computer. I explained to this man that I had just called and spoke to someone who said that you would help me with a fuse. He laughed in my face and told me that he could not (or would not) do anything. His manner was extremely rude and no way to treat a possible customer.

When I got there the fat guy behind the counter charged me $70. Strangely he did not add tax. However, he didn't give me a receipt either. Wasn't going to tax them off my income tax anyhow, so I didn't argue with him. I think it's obvious they are pocketing a lot of money off the books, and not paying income tax on their income.
