DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE I used to love theses people…read morethey did an amazing job prior to opening all of theses new locations I had to come get new tires (live 30 mins away but they been good to me so I always come back) brought my vehicle in on Saturday they did 2 tires, needed 4 they stated they needed to order parts to come Monday cause there closed on Sundays cool not a problem come back Monday for my APPOINTMENT arrive they asked me to wait no problem I finally get into the facility they give no instructions where to park the car employees just staring at me (probably because they all mostly speak Spanish but I also do so a conversation would have went a long way) finally front desk lady asked me to enter bay 2 I do, again no one addressed me just stares so I stayed in my car because I wasn't instructed to do otherwise it 90+ outside I would like to stay in the ac as long as I can finally I get out to look for a food spot asked how long they would be she said an hr to an hr & 30 mins cool imma go get something to eat chill asked her to call me wen it was done never got a call I come back at 5:30 pm after arriving at 3:30pm I get there no ones working on my car and they have 3 new cars in there that everyones working on so I asked wats taking so long with a visible upset face because again its 90+ out and inside there place so I started to get impatient and talked to the manager lady kept cutting me off to repeat the same thing that the lug nuts was bald that's y its taking forever but I literally purchased new ones so break the old ones off idc she stated I knew it would take long (I did not) and that I would need to come back AGAIN for the 3rd time so they can order another part (whole time didn't need another part) no thank u mama I told her I would not be coming back here to get my vehicle done so I can leave, a nice young gentleman asked which vehicle was mine and FINALLY started working on it because they did nothing for 2 hrs due to more people coming in they are not first come first serve as well as they do not care about ur appointments they care who stays in there business and watches them so I did just that they got my car done in 15-30 mins after I complained and lied about having to go to work by 6pm and if they wanted they money they better get to getting. Long story short sorry for the ted talk but if u going there make sure u tell them ur deadlines be very clear if they need to order something to let u know immediately and watch to make sure there actually doing there job I wouldn't have had a problem if they would have communicated to me that it would take longer than expected I would have brought it in earlier and went back home but instead they were dismissive rude and unapologetic so they will no longer be getting business from me

We rarely take vacations, and I wanted my husband who loves chocolate to enjoy a visit to Hershey Park and Chocolate World. What started out as a pleasant drive through the Ohio and Pennsylvania, suddenly turned into a stressful and costly experience. We pulled into a travel plaza gas station to fill up and discovered our brake pedal went straight to the floor! Considering the prepaid hotel stays, the park tickets, and my mom's birthday dinner, we had our car towed to our hotel in Hershey, PA. The cost of the tow would hurt us greatly, but we felt it was the best option to be safe at the hotel we had already booked and allowed us time to choose a good repair shop. We didn't get to go to Hershey Park. We didn't get to go to Chocolate World. BUT we made it safely to my mom's birthday dinner because of Ed and his crew at Derry Auto & Tire in Harrisburg, PA! They went above and beyond working overtime to make sure our car was repaired in time for us to get to our hotel in New Jersey and be on time for my mom's birthday dinner with my family. We arrived back home safely with no issues. Thank you, Ed (& crew)! And a big thank you to the mechanic who stayed behind after close to finish the job! We're both in our 60's with limited income and resources. The stressful event during this road trip could've resulted in a far more dire situation for us. Thank you for being so kind and emphatically helping us when we were feeling helpless. While my husband stayed in the shop waiting, I stayed behind with our luggage at the hotel lobby after checkout time and sat nervously for hours waiting to hear our car was ready. I know, without a doubt, we chose the right repair shop. This place just came up as recommended wen I was searching for a repair facility. Fortunately for…read moreme, unfortunately for my kid, I knew all about these wanna-be mechanics from a few years back. Long story short - their head mechanic didn't know how to check oil properly on her Nissan crossover? (name escapes me) Three times in the shop and they tell her the oil is over full. I go in, act dumb and ask if they could show me how to check the oil since I got blamed for it anyway "your dad is over filling it" Stooge pulls dip stick and proclaims "see overfill again by twice" Me - "flip that dip stick over" Dude had no words because the other side had NOTHING on it because they drained 5 quarts the day before because "it was overfilled" I promptly asked the gentleman "if you toss a stick in a bucket of oil, is it possible to only get oil on one side of said stick?" Note: these cars/engines have an oil drain back hole directly above the dip stick which covers it with oil several inches up the stick, on one side. Even a moron knows to wipe the stick and reinstall to check and look at both sides. A not-so-certified village idiot should know these cars are best checked after they have sat awhile, regardless this poor village idiot was happy to run out 5 minutes after we arrived and check it without ever having a towel in mind. Way to go imbecile. Needless to say, it never left the place and the motor was hammering because they told her to run it and I want putting oil in it again for them to blame me for overfilling. A few days later we stopped in and find in an attempt to get the warranty co to pay for a motor, they blew it up. The one lucky actually told us what they were doing. Obviously totally oblivious to the fact he was saying they were trying to commit insurance fraud. Good luck if you go here or if, like my kid, AutoMax sends you here because their shop is backed up. These geniuses will fix your vehicle right up like Dewey, Cheatum & Howe, attorneys at law would fix you up on legal issues. Well, that statement isn't fair. The 3 stooges deserve more credit than that when it comes to being lawyers.
