I drove it over to the other shop and I said no it's not a bad engine and double checked it and said that the other shop had installed a bad thermostat which was highlands tire. Shame on me though because this is the second time I've had a problem they did an alignment on another car of mine and it pulled hard left and insisted that it was a tire pressure when I finally brought it back in and they looked at it everything was off and I apologize but that doesn't help my $800 set of tires does it

Came out to immediately find all four rims scratched and gouged. Attempted to rectify and female owner claims it's from curbing my wheels, she was defensive and wanted to take my tire off again to look at the bead. After damaging the first time, I refused to allow them to take tires off again, and for what? The damage was clearly visible. Judgement filed and judge ruled in my favor. Not only the rim issue, but they couldn't get the locking lug nuts off, she ordered the wrong size tires after a lengthy conversation of the tires needed/wanted, they didn't put my old tires in the car, and I had to go back in and tell them to get them when that caveat was clearly written on the work order. I'd give them a zero but since I can't, she gets a one star for the only thing right she did and that was send me my check within a week. I wouldn't take anything to them. They have young 20 something year olds working in the garage who clearly have no consideration for your vehicle. She told the judge that by me walking out and inspecting the tires that were an inch taller than what was on it, it was a red flag and I was looking for a new set of rims to have for both sets of tires. Travel nurse here, I clearly don't need to pull a scam on anyone. It was more for the lack of taking responsibility and being accountable for what her employees did.

I'm grateful that More Than Tires has been a reliable place to go for annual inspections and repairs! It has been my experience that management here does their best to take care of your vehicle without trying to charge you for services or other suggestions you don't need. As an example, I recently needed tires for my vehicle, and they were able to work up several options ranging from the cheapest they could find on the market, to the premium upper range, as well as a reasonable mid grade too. I appreciate that I can schedule service and drop my vehicle off the night before, which makes it way more convenient for me than having to sit and wait for the work to be done. The technicians here work efficiently and I've not had an issue that ended up requiring my vehicle to be here longer than they said it would need to be. Make sure you call ahead for an appointment though - like most garages that do good work, they AREN'T generally a "walk in same day" establishment! If you're looking for a garage, More Than Tires is a great option!

In conclusion learn how to fix your own car and make money off working on others cars so that these mediocre type of shops dont eat up your wallet.
