I tried posting the review after fail through a few times again with the "make it right" response and a lot of bs like having me drive the car back to check the tire size as if it changed since they kept a nearly new one of my tires when installing the crappy tires. Regardless on the one star review I said the Sentry tires seriously under steer in any kind of wet. After waiting for these tire experts to order the correct tires I was left a vmail saying the tires were in and to come down anytime. It is now the end of October 2024. When I called I was put off by Jen who said they were too busy until Monday the 4th of November at 1330. Monday the fourth of November my car hydroplaned into the center divider and was totaled going 63 mph in the right lane of Hwy 16 eastbound near Burley/Olalla. When DT was contacted they passed me off to Fleet Response their insurer who like them said to pump sand. Folks- these guys are shady as shit. Strongly suggest Costco for your tire needs in the future. No bs there.

I ended up with used tires and couldn't be more happy with them. I was in and out in 30 minutes and the price they quoted on the phone was the exact cash price I paid tax and all. I will say though that when asked how much tread was left on the tires the guy just shrugged his shoulders "they look good to me". And they did look good but I would like to know depth. But being on a budget and needing them soon I didn't complain. Something else to note in case you care (I don't) bathroom is a port-a-potty around back.

Unlike Midas, I used to go to Midas for my oil change, different location of course. I don't have much to say about the mechanics because I'm not a car person. I do know that there customer service is great. Especially the lady that took care of us when we were there. She's friendly and humble. Not to mention that they have free WiFi and coffee that's always a plus. DON'T forget to check in. Yelp's and Midas partner up. They will offer you a 10% off for non promotional service coupon if you check in! Overall, the mechanic are fast and done there jobs right. I should consider bringing my car back to this location to get my oil change done next time!
