Ok let me point out 2 things. First is operating hours, Tire Center opens at 7am and the Store opens at 6am. The shop doors will not open until a manager or someone equivalent unlocks the doors and on this day they were not opening those doors on time!
I was the first person in the shop this morning and was helped by Steve, now the man is huge like a tall tree and super nice but Walmart come on Corporate get these guys the proper equipment to better, faster and correctly input customer information!! Those little hand devices are pathetic for this part of the business especially when your hands and fingers are too big for the tiny little screen they have.
2nd, wheel Alignments! How is it that you put tires on but don't provide the shop and customers a factor when installing tires...a wheel alignment!! I bought 4 tires with whatever extras only to find out in the end Walmart doesn't do wheel alignments, good lord that's very inconvenient for the customer who now has to find another place to get it done and a loss of business for the store!
