Because of the angle of his adventure, it took longer than expected to fix. They initially were going to bend it out but it wouldn't hold the tail light so they replaced the entire fender. They also touched up a couple of other small spots that I had pointed out to them. They kept me up to date as they worked on it and the final result is awesome. I took them to be cut and expected a hassle or high cost given experiences at other dealerships. When I arrived the sales men were helpful in getting me back to service where I was told the cutting fee was $6 for both and it would be a few minutes. Everyone was smiling and friendly throughout this process. The gentleman who cut the keys even offered to program them for me. He did that and then I asked what a replacement lens would run as ours fogged from a burnt bulb. He got me a quote and install price printed promptly. This is a small interaction, but a great one for me.

I had previously test drove a VW Tiguan, Mazda CX50 and Buick Envision. I had a hard time deciding as I had some good contenders. After making the purchase, I went thru with a few big concerns with my sales consultant, Gayla Porritt. She listened and I was able to walk away with a happy purchase. They have proven to me that they care about their customers and their integrity is obvious. Most of us do not know much about the mechanical aspects of our cars. It isn't easy to find a repair shop that operates with this kind of integrity. Mission Accomplished has been that. I hope you do not need repairs, but if you do, give them a try. I think you'll be glad you did. And no, I did not receive any remuneration for this review. They are also in Belleville and New Baden.

More than once I have taken my car in with something another mechanic shop told me I'd have to have done only to be told mine was fine (or they replaced a far cheaper part and fixed the problem). The bad: They are a small shop and get busy, so it may take a couple of days to get to you (or for an appointment) at times and they have to order their parts. They are more expensive for things like oil changes or tire stuff/alignments (they don't specialize in them and will honestly tell you that you are better off taking that business elsewhere).
