Saw a car listed on their website and called to confirm it was still available. Told "Yep we still got it." I asked how late they were open and told 6:30 but the car will be gone around 4:30 since the boss is driving it. Ok, kinda strange. I said I'll come in a little after lunch time to take a look at the car. Showed up at the dealer at the time we agreed on only to find the car I wanted not on the lot - when I asked where it was I was told "the boss took it." Clearly not happy that I had driven 30 minutes round trip to see this car, I said "kinda hard to sell a car when it's not on the lot" All I got back was "Yep." No I'm sorry to inconvenience you....or can I take your contact info and let you know when the car is back so you can come see it...or heaven forbid sorry we wasted so much of your time how about we bring the car to you to look at when we get it back.... Well as I said there's a reason used car dealers and the sales people that work there get a certain reputation...and these guys earned every bit of it in my book...never gonna do business with these guys...not that it's that much of a big deal, running their business like this means they won't be around for long in any case. I did not purchase my vehicle from this location but its the closest one to me, so I brought Kia in for a diagnostics due to a knocking noise from the engine. It was recommend that my engine getting replaced due to a broken rod inside. I am out of my Kia warranty however I do have an extended warranty. Since my warranty company had to send out their own inspector, Kia had to stay for a few days. Joe arranged a rental for me and kept me updated on the status. Advising me what was needed for the inspector and making copies of Kia's maintenance records. I ended up having to pay for the diagnostics ($180.00) due to my claim being denied. After speaking again with Joe and Kevin (service manager) they both were very helpful on what I needed to appeal the claim. I have been back and forth to Kia over the last 3 months dealing with this, finally getting my claim approved. Joe again made sure to keep me updated on the status Kia's repair. They were more then helpful and Kia got her engine replaced and is running smoothy. At the end of the day.. I will return for any repairs and when looking to purchase Kia a new sibling, spouse or friend.

Disappointed Two-Time Buyer - Radio Silent Until Threatened with a Return…read more I am a returning customer who previously had a great experience with Auffenberg, but their post-sale communication has completely deteriorated. I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota Highlander. Within my contractually guaranteed 7-day return window, an independent multi-point inspection revealed a failing alternator, a bad battery an alignment issue. I contacted my sales consultant, Joshua, immediately to see if management would utilize their internal service department to address these electrical components to save the transaction. The dealership completely ignored my messages for days, hoping the clock would run out on my 7-day return policy. Only after I explicitly stated I was preparing to return the vehicle did I finally get a response. The used car manager's solution? They completely ignored the failing alternator and alignment issues, and offered the "goodwill gesture" of selling me a replacement battery at their cost. Shifting the financial burden onto a loyal repeat customer for a failing charging system during a trial window is an insulting way to do business. I declined their offer, kept the vehicle because the core engine is solid, and will be paying my local mechanic to fix it. They have officially lost a loyal customer's future business.
