I asked if he'd replace it, if I bought the OEM parts myself and was still told they won't touch it, because it's a Nissan. I'm very disappointed, because I've heard such great reviews about this business. I really wish they could work with me, but their unwillingness to forces my hand to leave but 1 star.

I found Crosnos Transmission on yelp and they had good reviews. When I called they were upfront that it would take two weeks to even get started on it because of their current work load. After I told them what was happening with it, they quoted me a ballpark price that was about $1600 less than my other quotes and was exactly what they ended up charging me after I took it to them. They had my Suburban for about 3 weeks. They warranty their rebuilds which is nice so as long as you live within or breakdown within driving distance. However, if it goes down while on a road trip you are going to have to ship it back before they can fix it. I only made it four stars based on two things. The man who runs the shop is grumpy, and 3 weeks is a long time to go without a car. I have had my vehicle back for over a month and am about to take a trip in it, so I will update the review if anything happens significantly during the trip.

Once they had the car in the shop, I was informed of some unexpected issues, and they needed to order additional parts to complete the repair. It felt like Scott worked tirelessly to get everything taken care of. Although it took a little longer than originally expected, their communication about the timeline was stellar. In the end, Scott made it right and got my car back on the road. I highly recommend Marshall's Transmission for any of your transmission needs.

These folks really got me out of a jam and to top it off Scott is a man of his word! He has stood behind his work. I had a minor issue with an intermittent sensor wiring issue after I left the St Louis area and Scott covered all the costs for the wiring and sensor fix. There was no difficulty I just called the folks at Marshall's and let them know what was happening and they worked out the payment with the servicing shop for the sensor and wiring. Thanks again for being a man of your word Scott Marshall.
