Great service and amazing warranty…read more I had a small leak in my truck tire and needed a rotation. Called and was able to be seen the same day. The staff was friendly and fast. The entire appointment was exactly 59 minutes. Not only that, when it came time to pay what should have been about $60, I was told it was all covered by the warranty on my Cooper Tires. They knew they would do it for free and still treated me just as good as a paying customer. In this day and age, that's something really worth noting. As a result, I will be using them regularly from now on. Their prices are reasonable, the work good and the staff is very good. This is the type of place I'd send my mother to for her car service. They did not balance correctly and the truck would vibrate bad at highway speed. I brought the truck back 3 times. The third time they told me I had a bent rim and my ball joints were bad. They insisted this is why I was getting the vibration. I did not believe this clearly because I had them serviced not long ago, come to find out these are common excu small shops make to fool people away from tire issues. They only road forced/ balanced two tires even though the appointment was for all four. They refused to do the rear balanced when pressed. I finally had enough with this shop and brought it to a name brand flagship dealer. After inspectio-No bent rims no bad ball joints. just a really bad match mount and balance job. they fixed the issue in under 2 hours vs bringing it to this tire shop 3 times with no success. Inexperienced younger people with tempers. Won't be back ever again. lesson learned. spend the extra at a place with experienced employees.

Second door was rusted on the inside but that wasn't their fault ,,so their great while purchasing the vehicle but after that your on your own,, service department never called me back even when I was trying to get a oil change ended up going elsewhere,, email is useless and the owner even gave me a number so I would get a response in a timely manner that never happened he never responded but once,, not a good experience for me made me feel like I was a joke because I complained about the rusting no rust anywhere else,, I bought a 2020 white Ford ranger brand new and the only rust on it is on the inside of the drivers second door ,, I just wanted to see about getting it fixed not buy another vehicle that would probably be a disappointment because of the way they treated me with this issue probably not be any different if I had issues with another one of their vehicles they definitely don't back up there product ,, customer service needs to be worked on , on all levels from the bottom to the top

A busted head gasket really is a death wish for Subaru's, Matt the manager called me and let me know how much it was going to cost. I told them to go ahead and do the work, and they started. I spent around $5,000 for them to fix my car. Half way through the fixing process I got a call from one of the workers at VIP saying he needed to put a new "engine block" in my car, and that VIP didn't have those, but he had one on him, and that he would sell that to me for $600. Not knowing what to do, I went ahead and bought the engine block. My car was finally finished, and when I left my low oil light came on, wasn't sure what was going on so I called VIP, and went there for them to take a look. They told me there was no oil leaking. I got home, and to my dismay, there was no oil leaking, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO OIL IN THE CAR. I went back to them, and they lifted my car and told me the technician who sold me this "engine block" didn't remove the old filter, and there was a pin hole in it, letting the oil leak out like a faucet. When they fixed it, they told me I could have died. That experience scared me, but I still put my faith in VIP when I had some steering stuff going on, I went there and spoke with Matt, who told me that I needed new steering pump, and I asked him if I could wait until I actually have money to do that, and he said "you'll be stranded on the side of the road somewhere if you wait." So, I waited, and that was 2 years ago. My steering is fine. VIP has made me scared for my life, no business should do that. I also found out that they NEVER PUT MY AC BACK TOGETHER. So, I have no AC anymore, because of their ignorance. I've called the branch in Topsham about 6 times in the last 3 months, asking them if they've gotten the part in, just to be told that they would call me back, and they never call back! Not once! I will never step foot in this place again, and other people shouldn't either. To top it off, when I went to the Topsham branch and told them about the events that took place in the Brunswick one, one of the technicians said my case was a "famous" case, one of the most messed up projects that they've ever had. I've tried to get ahold of the owner, I have just left messages and never hot a return call. EDIT: 03/29/21 VIP in Topsham is awesome, they took care of me and helped me get my AC back, they really stepped up to the plate. Call Topsham VIP for anything!!
