I've always gone here, and there is always a wait - whether they have customers or not; whether your replacing tires or a battery - they want you to walk their store. I've attempted, on several occasions, to have them patch a leaky tire - and they have never attempted always stating an excuse. Road hazard was not honored because I drove on a tire from the left lane to the feeder on the right. Battery information could not be accessed between stores. The tire that I find on the internet has never been available when I arrive - coincidentally always the next higher priced tire.
I'd gone here for years simply because I though it was the cheapest, quickest place (most importantly cheapest). Finally, out of complete frustration, I tried NTB across the street - and found that I no longer had a need to use the walmart service department . At NTB I got better service from a more knowledgeable staff at a better price... and when they patched the same tire that walmart refused to patch, it lasted another 5000 or so miles. read more
