After waiting 30 minutes for the cars in front of us to have their services completed, I pulled into the bay. After being told to pop my hood, I explained I wanted to have my car inspected, this is when I was informed they do not do this here, I needed to go somewhere else.

When I went to them I had a notification that I needed the oil changed. I drove and they were in…read moreoffice, and had to hunk the horn to get their attention. Well, the young technician was young and new although he was pleasant enough. He didn't know how to reset the car to reset the notification, lucky the manager came in with his lunch in hand and very rude reached inside the car to reset the systems while telling his tech "can't you do anything without me?". I said nothing. I saw the other technician checking the air filter but he had also a bad attitude (I guess copying manager's disposition). Was not very impressed and I felt intimidating. Sure enough when I drove away I looked at the dashboard and engine light was on, which was not there before. I turned around and ask to speak to the manager which was told he was busy with his lunch and could not come out. I explained the problem and when he came back his manager told for me to take the car to Autozone for a diagnostic. I ask can you just look under the hood maybe something was not connected properly, I left. Went to Autozone for a diagnosis (have report to prove it) and sure enough, they had disconnected an air sensor when they were checking the air filter and not reconnected which cause for the engine light to come off. Lucky I did not drive the car far enough to cause engine damage. Had they had looked under the hood perhaps they would have realize their error. Customer Service was awful and the technician looked way too young and without experience or concerns. I guess I should had let my husband take the car to get the oil change and they would have treated him better. I contacted headquarters and never heard back from them . I have always had great service at the usual Take 5 location, but this one was closer and newer location and expected the same level of service, but wrong!

They came in the next morning, which is why I'm giving two stars. When I went to pick up my vehicle there was an older tire on the rear(this is not industry standard, new tires always go on the rear). After asking the counter why? They said we talked about replacing the front tires, but even after paying for a balance and rotation of the tires, just replacing took place. He said I didn't ask for the good tires to be on the back. If the employees working at a tire/mechanic shop do not know a basic industry standards, I wouldn't trust them to do anything else more critical with my vehicles.

I measured the tread when I got home and there was 5/32" tread left on all four. Get close to time, but not grounds to not rotate them. While measuring the tread, I noticed the oil leak. Thinking they had left the plug or filter loose, I got under the car and discovered the plug was tight. I tried to back it off and discovered they had cross threaded the plug and tried putting some kind of sealant. I told her to take it back, but didn't mention what I knew about the plug. She took it back and they "fixed it". The third time, I went with her and the service guy said it just needed a new crush washer and it was good to go. "What about the cross threaded plug?" The response was silence and kind of a stupid look. "No, it wasn't cross threaded." Bullshit! Ended up having a new oil pan put on eating the cost. Easy to see why Discount Tire is mopping the floor with NTB. Never again.

When I told him I waited until I was inside to get out of the car because it was raining he told me I "wouldn't melt" The second time I went for tires, I ordered the tires ahead of time from Walmart.com and I had them shipped directly to Walmart. That seemed to confuse everyone working there and it took them hours to find my tires. Then when they were done they billed me $80 for not getting the tires from Walmart tire center even though I got them from their website...

I've attempted, on several occasions, to have them patch a leaky tire - and they have never attempted always stating an excuse. Road hazard was not honored because I drove on a tire from the left lane to the feeder on the right. Battery information could not be accessed between stores. The tire that I find on the internet has never been available when I arrive - coincidentally always the next higher priced tire. I'd gone here for years simply because I though it was the cheapest, quickest place (most importantly cheapest). Finally, out of complete frustration, I tried NTB across the street - and found that I no longer had a need to use the walmart service department . At NTB I got better service from a more knowledgeable staff at a better price... and when they patched the same tire that walmart refused to patch, it lasted another 5000 or so miles.
