Failed my state inspection due to a light bulb being out. I was asked to replace the bulb and bring back my car to pass the inspection within 15 days. When I got there, the inspector wasn't available till Saturday. I was told that I would have to pay for my inspection again. This is very unfair to me, particularly when I kept up my end of the bargain. I am disappointed that a reputed place like this would behave in this manner. So many that today (3 years later, ironically as Hurricane Laura is approaching), is my first paid oil change. We will not be going to Grease Monkey across the street anymore. Wife took her car in for an oil change and they asked her if she wanted cabin and air filter. She declined the service and total came out to $211. She questioned the high amount and they said it was for air filters. She told them she declined the filters and the amount was deducted. No one removed the filters from her vehicle and she returns home. I checked her vehicle and none of the filters were replaced. Bad business practice! read more

$80 is ALOT for a synthetic oil change, the same exact thing costme $57.28 at Walmart and $52 at Kwic kar, I get different places have different prices but $15-$20 is a BIG difference. Not competitively priced at all read more

Wont be coming back after i trusted this location twice to maintenance my vehicle , First experience they did not close my coolant tab, then offered a free oil change from manager himself (luis) , then as i left in confidence , a couple weeks following i smelled burning , come to find out the oil filter was leaking (not on properly ) . i then took it back and THEY TOLD ME the location received bad oil filters that were manufacture defected. at this point you could definitely tell the manager was questioning me more than the situation it's self seeking validation for any proof i had on my end , which i most definitely had . He then resumed with wanting to do a diagnostics on my vehicle which i then let him , i then realized the manager was seeking anything that stood out for him to document FOR HIS END that would make the company not at risk for paying for any damages to my vehicle . Oil pan had a minor dent with visible seeping , NOT leaking , and THAT was his focus , the diagnostics was then OVER suddenly. Fantastic business! I came in with my husband and toddler to get my oil changed. Not only did they have a very fair price, but they vacuumed my car and checked a few other things for free. They offer free coffee, drinks, and snacks in the lounge while you wait, and our wait time was super short. if you're a female and esp young i do not recommend going here or they will try to scam you. i went here by myself to only get my oil changed . guy who works in the bay came inside and asked me if i wanted my cabin air filters changed, to which i told him no bc i had just replaced them. i get the ticket and it's 150$ when all i had done was my oil changed so i asked the front desk why it's so much and he tells me he can't tell me what the charges are for until i pay, so i do. come to find out i was charged for the replacement of my air filters after i specifically said no, and that isn't even the kicker either. they charged me an extra 70$ for those air filters when the guy DIDN'T EVEN REPLACE THEM he just put the charge on the ticket and left it. took about 3 months to get my refund bc they had to call corporate get a check sent and then mail it to me. this was my first time ever going here bc my usual mechanic wasn't open and i don't ever plan on going back read more
