Having an affordable vegan option I can rely on -- even something simple -- makes a huge difference when every dollar matters. It's comforting to have a place where I can grab what I need without stressing about prices. The staff here are always friendly, kind, and genuinely lovely to talk to. Even small interactions brighten the day when life is heavy. This location has become a quiet little anchor for me during a tough time, and I appreciate it more than they probably realize. Big hugs, xXx

Once again they saved me $40 of unnecessary junk that I probably didn't need by trying to charge me…read more$2 for a bag at the till . It's become quite the common thing I see it in lots of stores now people just walking away from their carts or their goods or groceries when being gouged for a bag. That's probably the 5th or 6th time that I've walked out of Dollarama because of that. Now not only have they lost about $200 in sales from me they have also had to send somebody out to restock all that stuff which probably took half an hour each time , Is that really worth gouging people for a $2 bag ?

Saw a few exceptional deals, one being a refrigerator. Could've saved about $700 USD on a refrigerator if knew they sold them here and you could take them away same day i guess. Plenty of other deals as well that they don't have in the USA. Ate at the food court and such change from the USA, they have French fries, mainly for poutine. Much better experience than Streats. Checkout, restrooms, and general service was great, very satisfied, and it's extremely close to the border.

The 'Big Box Outlet Store' in Mission was a recent 'browse & shop' stop for daughter. She went…read morethere hoping to catch some items on a "I want list". The stop had what she was seeking, and at the same time, provided a nice surprise find as well -- a great deal on some 'just past' the best-before-date of 'Ocean Spray, tinned cranberry sauce'. Originally sticker priced at $1.49 Cdn per tin, it was now priced at $0.25 per tin -- a bargain not to be missed. Thanks to her catch, it included four tins for us (and yea, it was all the 'whole cranberry' variety, which we favour over the 'jellied' stuff). With Easter coming, I am sure there will be a use for some (with some poultry), but regardless, we always enjoy it with any poultry and several meats at any time, and find it's great in pancakes, on french toast, baking powder biscuits, and such.

First off, the staff is excellent! They were friendly and helpful without hovering and didn't make me feel bad at all for taking every single pair of jeans into the fitting rooms. Their selection here is excellent and they truly cater to all price points. I do appreciate a nicer pair of jeans, and they had some of these brands, but also carry Levi's and other jeans that are priced under $100. They also carry a great selection of tops, loungewear, shoes and local jewelry and accessories! 10/10 will be doing all future jean shopping here!

Prices have been rising in recent years, so don't be discouraged if you go and find $40 boots, no designer jeans and cracked coffee canisters. You have to go back on a regular basis to diamond dig. I try to go here looking for something in mind. (Example: I come here a lot in summer to pick up canning jars, a dozen for $4, and then I'll peruse over boots, sweaters and coats -best to find in summer because people are mostly looking for shorts, tank tops and sandals) I don't always leave with the thing I was looking for, but I might find it next time I stop by. They always have a colour 50% off. The last Friday and Saturday of the month they have 50% off on 4 colours or more. Happy shopping!
