I really would like to give this company/ guy a 5star BUT-! He was responsive enough the first time but after the problems in my pool persisted... ghosting was the answer I got. He tried to again to back up his warranty but it didn't solve the problem. I lost confidence when his repair guy left my water hose running the first time and took him several months to come back. I have left voicemails and text messages to the point that when I was doing so, it was a hope and prayer that you'd get some sort of reply, to the point that you will feel that the company is decent enough to back up their work. I called Walls pools after I had another company tell me that they could not help me resolve a flow issue with my spa. I was told I had either an obstruction or a broken pipe, but the only way to find out what it was to dig up the pipe, which would be expensive and involved. We needed to have the leak under our skimmer bucket repaired. They emailed a response and called me back quickly. The visit was set up for the next afternoon. He determined the leak and what would be needed to fix it. His price was SO MUCH MORE reasonable! His worker came the next morning and was due to come the day after. But, when his worker did not arrive, I called to see about the situation. The worker had been in a car accident and was hospitalized. The Owner, Joe, promised that the crew would be at our house on Saturday. That crew included Joe and 6 other men to get the job done! They were unable to get our pool completely stain-free. Starting in September, I started having trouble with my chlorine generating system. This trouble was in no way related to anything that Jay did or did not do when he serviced my pool. I'm writing this review as a lookback to 2022, where we purchased a home across the country, not knowing the true condition of the pool. Jay was quick in his response and was able to completely drain and chemically treat the pool to working condition. And let me tell you, when we pulled away the pool cover, the water was absolutely disgusting, and it was clear that the previous owners neglected caring for the maintenance for quite some time.
