I recently had a pair of high end leather dress shoes hand made by artisan Le or Moi. I patiently…read morewaited for a period of approximately a month, and to my complete joy and surprise, my custom designed three-tone brown leather shoes were the first shoes in my life that fit my ingrown toe nail and bunion infermed two different sized feet. I am seriously considering having another pair made and designed by the residing craftsman of Shoe Master at a very reasonable cost. I would certainly recommend Shoe Master at Bonnie Doon to anyone desiring to procure a quality pair of shoes custom fit and made with dedication and expertise, with no strings attached. Hats off to Le & Moi of Shoe Master! Phillip Rohatynski Retired Pastor & Antique Dealer

I had such a great experience here. I brought in one of my favorite purses that needed some…read moredetailed strap repair, and I was honestly nervous because it's a special piece. He took one look at it and immediately understood what needed to be done. The work was done carefully and quickly, and the stitching turned out flawless. What impressed me most was how fair his pricing was. especially considering the quality of the craftsmanship. You can tell he truly knows leatherwork and takes pride in what he does. I'll definitely be trusting him with any future bag or leather repairs. Also please support this business, as they are old men working long hours to support and give their families the life they deserve.

I brought in my pair of birkenstock sandals to repair the sole. I was expecting to replace both…read morerubber and cork, the gentleman there said that was "bullshit" no need to replace both he will just fill the cracks and it will be fine. Told me it was $80, and he said it would be ready Monday, perfect! I came in Monday and he did not have them ready because he did not notice that I had a bigger size shoe so he had to charge me more. Told me only $10 more and that was a deal. I hesitated but agreed. When I came back to pick them up the second time they had cracks along the cork bed because he didn't fill them well enough i could feel it when I walked, his solution was add more leather to the cork!! I said that would not work and wanted him to replace the corkbed. He claimed he would have to charge me more for that (even though it was his mistake) and call me Tuesday to let me know how much. I told him he should be replacing for no cost. He again did not call me Tuesday so I called today and he said another $60 for the insoles. I refused so he said I could come get my shoes which were junk now and he would give almost all my money back. Please do not use this man not only did he have crappy service I noticed today he put NON birkenstock soles on my shoes so they are no longer true birkenstock (I didn't authorize the diff rubber)

I brought in a beloved pair of boots here to get a snap repaired…read more The shop it tucked away in a strip mall... with surprisingly difficult to find parking. The man who (I assume) owns the shop is very friendly. There is fast turn-around service (he offered to have the repair done the same day). It's cash-only, pay up-front (ie. before getting the work done), which I found to be kind of odd... but whatever. As for the repair itself... it was an okay job. Not fantastic. The snap is repaired, but it's way too tight and I now have to literally pull at my leather boots to open it (so I'm afraid that'll cause damage). He also took apart a seam to make it a more 'hidden' repair, and sewed it back kind of crooked. It's not something anybody else would notice, but I sure do. So, while I'm very happy to get my beloved boots back in working order... I can't say I'm super impressed at the repair job. I'm not outraged or anything - they aren't worse off - but I won't exactly be going back.
