I was welcomed into the office on my very first visit by the receptionists and it really felt like home, like these were people who cared about my needs and were here to make sure that I was taken care of to the best of their ability. Two of his staff members that really made an impact on me were Bob and JoAnn. They were both very gentle and professional and seemed to care about if I was comfortable and having a good experience or not. JoAnn did an excellent job helping me pick out some snazzy frames that look great for my face shape and I'm looking forward to getting the phone call that my new glasses are ready!! Will definitely be coming back again next year for my annual eye exam!

While I was waiting a very short time, Dr. Herzog walked thru and said, hi Sally. He had never even met me before! The examination was on schedule and very thorough and he did not bounce from room to room. He treated me like I was his only patient. What a wonderful office, what a wonderful doctor.
