I called and asked if they would be able to adjust my new frames for a fee if I didn't purchase them there. The receptionist was very kind and said they do that with no charge. When I went in later on that day she was very pleasant and helpful. I have a special kind of glasses and my specialist is an hour and a half away--not easily accessible just for an adjustment. A few days later I was finding that they were still not comfortable and sliding off my face so I returned and another woman helped me again. She was also pleasant and I am very appreciative of the great customer service I received there. I will be making appointments for my kids there when they are really for exams. read more
