FrameWorks is a home business run out of the owner's basement. Andy welcomed us, looked at our item, and worked us through the process of choosing the frame that would best show it off. He ordered the stock and assembled the final product himself, providing even the hardware to properly hang it. We picked it up a week after ordering and are looking forward to the big reveal. There are two things to be aware of with FrameWorks: 1. There is no sign to find the place. Look for the red mailbox at the foot of a steep driveway. 2. Custom framing isn't cheap. It's worth it, but be ready to pay for a craftsman's time. We're very happy and highly recommend Frame Works to anyone.

Not the artistic type myself, I asked the owner (Andy) to choose a suitable frame and matting for the photo after describing where it would be displayed and the dominant colors in the room. Had a custom photo printer mail Frame Works a large high quality print. Andy agreed to ship the custom framed photograph to my present home in Vermont. The quality of the work was exceptional and pleasing in every respect. The frame and triple matting enhanced the photo and perfectly complemented the color scheme of my office. It arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition, with high quality mounting hardware attached (including pads to prevent tilting). What a big step up from the Michaels frames I formerly used to display my best photography. Those frames now look dowdy and cheap in comparison. I highly recommend Frame Works to anyone seeking to optimally display prized photography, art or heirlooms. The owner is an artist.
