I will never go anywhere else for my automotive needs. Their prices are better than other competitors and I never feel like they are overselling me; in fact, many times Brian has told me "no, you don't need that" or "that can wait until your next service". I've been to Wall for oil changes, brakes, computer issues popping up on my dashboard, and "noises" coming from my vehicles. Their diagnosis is quick & I never feel like I'm getting screwed over. Bryan went out of his way on Sunday to stop over my home and fix a nail in my tire. I was so grateful since I commute to work on Rt 80 Rt 287 starting the following day. I also had a a lot of play in my car and took a drive the following Fri in the rain and realized I felt so confident because Bryan had deflated some of the tires. I cannot say enough good things about Bryan and the Wall Automotive experience. After getting price gouged for an oil change and provided a questionable quote on suggested maintenance at another automotive center, I contacted Bryan for a second opinion and we worked out an appointment quickly. Absentmindedly, I actually dropped my car off a week before the schedule appointment day, it had been a long week right before the holidays and I got my Thursdays mixed up. Despite the mix up, Bryan was able to fit my car in at his earliest convenience and had the work done days in advance of my actual appointment date for a much more reasonable price than the other automotive center I had look at my car. I wish I could say that I used their services but it never got that far because of poor customer service. I contacted Wall Automotive after a repair shop near me recommended them for a repair to my 2008 Toyota Prius. I called and spoke to Bryan and explained the issue. He said he would put an initial quote together and send it to me and then I could bring in the car and they would make sure that they had the correct diagnosis. I never got the quote so about 5 days later I called back and spoke to Bryan and he said that he had a number of quotes he needed to do and mine was one of them and that I would have it in 2 hours. I never got it. Then I called back about 4 days later and spoke to another associate and explained that I was waiting for this quote and would like to speak with Bryan. He took my number and said he would pass the message onto Bryan. I never heard back. I guess they just don't need the work there. Wife had her Jeep brought in for brakes/battery, but there ended up being an additional electrical issue with the car once we picked it up. We brought it back in and they did a diagnostic. We tried paying for the diagnostic, but because there was initially a miscommunication on our end on whether or not we would have to pay for the diagnostic, Bryan did not charge us and wouldn't accept payment. Bryan was more concerned about having a satisfied customer. They took 2 hours out of their day to do a diagnostic that they didn't have to do, and didn't even end up charging us for it. Was first referred by my friend. What a great shop. It's one of those shops with folks who actually care about their customers. Awesome service and never overcharges for their excellent service. I have to say that I have sets of jackstands and a floor jack at home and can do an engine oil change at home, but I prefer coming here when the weather is too cold. Engine oil change is very cheap and I always bring my engine oil and a filter with a crush washer and they have no problem with it either. Highly recommend this shop. Very friendly and helpful son and father operation. Stopped in with exhaust issues and received a very competitive estimate. Ended up going to Midas since I found my "free lifetime" muffler warranty - big mistake - after add-ons and exceptions, Midas was more expensive than Brian. Lesson learned. My husband and I began bringing our cars to Bryan for repair because he was within walking distance from our home. What an awesome decision. Bryan is honest, hard working, and you can above all TRUST his work. He doesn't try and 'sell' things on you that you don't need. He tells you to anticipate certain things that may need repair in the future in order for you to plan for that job needing to be done. My husband and I have 4 kids, and when my husband got into an accident with his car, Bryan did all the repair work quickly and had his car back before the insurance company even had a check cut to him. He told us that he knew we were good for it, and had just taken a nominal deposit for the work until the rest came in.
