From the start, Bill took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and how he planned to do it. He carefully taped off the work areas and treated our home as if it were his own. He was efficient, meticulous, and left everything clean when he finished. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and takes pride in his work. On top of that, he's simply a kind, good human being. He even took a few minutes to help me troubleshoot a small electrical issue while he was here! His pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. I was so impressed that I've already passed his card along to family members. Our 1950's house is about half plaster and half sheet rock, but he did a great job with all of it. Our house is in the hills, and we had a major remodel done a few years back, which resulted in cracks appearing in the walls and ceilings over the last 17 years that we've lived in the house. Elvis did an amazing job of fixing ALL of it, and he took incredible pride in his work. There was a stairwell that had some odd patching that had been done to it over the years, and I told him it was OK to just repair the cracks and move on, since it was just a stairwell. He thought about it for a while, and said that he could level the entire stairwell (without extra charge), and make it look a lot better. And he was absolutely right - we were so pleasantly surprised by the results. On top of it all, Elvis is a really great guy. I can't imagine how you could possibly find anyone better for your sheet rocking, taping, and repair needs.
