I want to express my deepest gratitude for the care, compassion, and professionalism that we received from AJ Hughes during such a difficult time for our family. From the moment we first contacted him, and his team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was handled with the utmost respect and sensitivity. The guidance AJ provided, the arrangements he coordinated, and the genuine empathy he demonstrated brought us comfort and peace of mind during a moment of profound loss. The arrangements were beautifully organized and truly honored my dad, James Blue Jr.'s memory in a meaningful way. Thank you for being a source of support and for lightening our burden in ways that words cannot fully capture. We sincerely appreciation AJ and the entire Walker Funeral Home. We are so greatful to A.j , our funeral director, who from our very first phone call, helped us plan our daughter's celebration of life with immense care and understanding and the price quoted over the phone is what we paid. The facility itself was wonderfully serene, providing a truly peaceful place to gather with friends and family. The video tribute they created was absolutely perfect, capturing beautiful memories, after the service we simply walked through a set of doors and were welcomed into the repass hall. They truly went above and beyond to make every request we made come to life. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process and wholeheartedly recommend Walker during such a difficult time. read more

Martha henry and staff were everything to my siblings and I. This was our first-time having to do something like this for our Dad and they were AWESOME from the beginning to the end. The package we chose was complete with blankets and bibles, and they threw in a panel with his picture on it WOW. The repass hall was beautiful and decadent. They went above and beyond for us and answered every question we asked. The love, showing they cared, the calls, etc. I would definitely recommend them because they really helped us and made it so we can celebrate our Dad's life as smooth as possible without trying to take us for everything we had. AWESOME service!!!!! read more

Great pricing on there services and the staff are very professional and empathetic. I have dealt with this funeral home on several occasions as a customer and a visitor of a service of a close friend. Walker directors seem to take each case personal and call for follow ups a few weeks after everything has settled down. Everyone loves great low prices but the service is what keeps us coming back. Death will touch us all, I would rather have a funeral home taking care of of my loved one that truly cared about the families they serve than the money the receive. Thank you for being a outstanding pillar in the community. read more

I cannot describe how grateful we are to Walker Funeral Home and the entire Walker family for their care, concern, and service. Losing a loved one is a deeply painful experience, but their advice, guidance, and patience in the planning and implementation of my father's, visitation and memorial service was therapeutic to those who knew and loved our father best. Thank you to a great staff who are exceptional at what they do. As we smiled at the end when the balloons floated away, we knew Dad would have loved and appreciated the entire tribute. read more
