I took my vehicle in for some maintenance service and suspension evaluation. They were easy to work with and very polite. The service was excellent and timely and everything was explained at the end of my visit. The waiting area was clean and accommodating. Plenty of space to sit with TVs and an aquarium. Coffee and drinks were provided and the bathrooms were well maintained. I give this a 4 star cost because the cost of a diagnostic is rather high in my opinion. $100 for a vehicle check seems overpriced but it is a dealership after all. Well to start they never charge the batteries by letting the car run .I've had the worst experience dealing with the mechanics thank God i am a merchant marine engineer and can tell the work has not been completed half the time they bullshit you to death ..I bought a used Lincoln mks it broke down three times already with 56k miles it's covered but you pay 100 Every time you take it in so they can pretend to fix the problem ..i wouldn't let my enemy get a car here .. read more

Absolute WORST Ford Dealership around and that is saying something since the others aren't much better. They screwed me over so badly on a car that when I went to trade it in for a different one they asked who had done such an awful deal, I said you did! They weren't even able to help me into a vehicle that would suit my needs and strung me along for nearly two months thinking that they could. We recently took our Fusion Highbrid in without a prior appointment due to a problem with our Sync Update which I recently completed. Apparently, the data was corrupted which affected our temperature reading and AC. The service writer was great...took in the car and determined the problem. The service technician re did the update and found another problem so they gave us a free car for a couple of days while they ordered a part and fixed the problem. Another great experience at Walker. I live in Gainesville, Fl and had an issue with my car smelling damp. I called Mike Olsen and he knew right away what was causing the problem. It was the A/C line that needed to be rerouted. I brought it down and the problem was taken care of right away. I was going to have to rent a car as it was going to take at least half a day, but they had in done in 2.5 hours. I went to see a 2015 Mustang they had advertised in there web site. When I arrived the salesman said I could not test drive the car because it was not inspected. The salesman did not even bother to get the key's for me to even look inside. I seen another Mustang in the lot I was interested in but yet again no effort from the salesman to get the keys to take a look at it. I ask if I can drive the car to see if I would like it and his response was if I am not totally interested then why should I drive it. No wonder ever time I drive by this place is always empty. I believe the salesman was profiling me. I will drive further for better service. read more

So very disappointed in the service we received when we brought our 2006 Ford Ranger in to have the recalled airbags replaced last week March 7th 2018 we had a scheduled appointment and when my husband brought the truck in he ask if they could also replace the airbag fuse as he had removed it . Well the airbags are replaced but they did not replace the fuse and we were more than willing to pay them for the fuse and the labor to replace it. He asked two different people about it and either one one did anything about it. So now we have to try and find someone who can do this for us. We won't be buying anymore vehicles at Walker Ford if this is the kind of service you are offering. This vehicle was purchased at Walker Ford new in 2006 and we do keep it well maintained.But without the airbag fuse the airbags are useless. Very poor customer service if you ask me. read more

The service department is arrogant and refuses to believe what the customer says. This cost me to the tune of $2500 for repairs that had no impact on the problem I brought it in for. Then, when I left the shop, there were problems with the car that weren't there when it was taken in. They refused to repair those problems, too. We were meet by Phil Massey, he was pleasant took a few minutes to find out what we were looking for. He took us to a car that had everything we asked for. He pulled it up under cover (it was raining) so we could get a better look. Phil had all the answers to our questions and we were off to negotiate. Ford has some great rebates and Walker Ford even had a discount... We came to a fair price and were out the door in under 2 hours! Phil offered to have my wife come back with her cell phone and help her learn even more about her new Escape. A car dealership is a car dealership, right? Well, not always. As a car dealership Walker Ford seems pretty in line with the others, but after we bought our 2011 Ford Flex here we continued to have it serviced here. And that's where Walker Ford shines - in their service department. My waits are never too long, and as long as I tell them of any "deadlines" I have (hey, I need to leave by 1 to go get my kids, can you guys make that happen?) they've always worked with my schedule and gotten me out the door on time. They are never excessive and always tell me if there's a big price item coming down the line (case in point, my latest "check-up" they told me I'd likely need tires next time, and asked me to plan for the time needed for that). I recently got in a fender bender and have to have my bumper replaced and, though they have yet to do the work, just dealing with them in the planning process has been awesome. Don (in the body shop) has gone out of his way to explain the process, keeping me updated on the status of the ordered bumper etc. Plus, he made sure I knew the insurance company recommended a refurbished bumper but he was ordering a new one...and would eat the cost. Overall couldn't be happier with their service....which is why I'm still going there even though there are closer Ford dealers now that we've moved a bit further away. read more

Took my 2014 F150 here for collision repair. Each contact with them was very much a take it or leave it type of conversation, not very customer oriented. List of things in no particular order : They only called me once, I continually had to call them for updates on repairs et cetera; they moved the drivers seat and the driver head rest and didn't return it to original setting; the change oil light and the low tire pressure light were both on when I picked up my vehicle - for the air pressure they could have filled the tires and the oil change they could have asked as a courtesy, if I wanted it done there; they kept my trailer hitch and I had to call them to ask where it was, I left a message and they finally called back and they told me they forgot it and I could come back and pick it up (45 minute drive one way); they did not repair the bent tailpipe hanger assembly even though it was on the estimate. Will no be going back to this Ford dealership. read more

Do NOT use this car dealership! They lie and sell unsafe vehicles without disclosing important information. My son purchased a used Ford Truck and less than 4 months later noticed the tires deteriorating so he went to a tire shop where they told him it was unsafe to drive AND that they couldn't even replace the tires b/c the size was no longer made by any tire wholesalers. The only thing he could do was to buy original size tires and Rims which would cost $1300 with installation and alignment. He called his salesman who gave him the runaround so I called as well and he said he'd talk to his manager and get back to me. He didn't call me though, he called my son and told him that the only thing they could do would be to get him original size tires and rims at cost from their wholesaler and their cost was $1600. REALLY??? So this other tire shop is losing $ by selling them, installing them, etc. @ less than cost? I'm not thinking so. Bottom line is that they sold a truck with unsafe tires that could not be replaced, didn't reveal this to us and then lied about their cost of original size tires and rims. In my opinion, they should've replaced everything at VERY little to no cost to my son. Disreputable place! read more

She was so understanding with the problem I was having with my Lincoln door handle. Usually I don't trust dealerships with how much they charge and trying to add so many un-needed things to the list of what doesn't need to be done. Horrible experience... Don't waste your time. We live about an hour away from this location, I spoke with a sales person on the phone and informed them of the vehicle I was interested in, my trade-in and the amount I was looking to spend to see if they could make the deal work. The salesman assured me that we could work a deal close to my desired price range and told me to come in to talk numbers and test drive the car. When we arrived the sales man had gone home... so we had to deal with someone else. Ultimately they weren't willing to work any type of deal or crunch any numbers. They told us they can't budge from the asking price and that there was nothing they could. (Even though we only came down there bc we were told we could work a deal close to our desired price range) VERY disappointed and a huge waste of time going down there. No one was helpful. When we arrive we waited a good 30 min to speak to someone... overall awful experience. Will never go back. read more

Service department is horrific!!! Took my car in for service at 10:00am with an appointment. They didn't even start until 2pm. Then when I spoke to the service advisor about the buckling noise with the steering on my 2015 Mustang (still under warranty), she said it was my tires. I told her it's only buckle when I backing up and turn my steering while backing up, plus there are only 17,000 miles on the tires. She said it's a Mustang you must be driving it too hard. REALLY? Then I called and emailed Wesley Walker (GM of Walker Ford) to get help. ZERO reapomse from him or anyone else contact me back from Walker Ford...So far so good with FERMAN FORD 5 miles down the road. read more

I bought a hybrid escape because it had an 8 year 100K warranty on the HEV battery. In march towed the car in and they told me it needed a hybrid battery and it would be covered under warranty. (94K and under the 8 years) a week later they said I needed me to spend $1200 to replaced fans and the ACC door first. After another week could pick it up, it was testing just fine. My question at the time was if I spend this money what could be done if in fact it only ran a short time and problem was back and was told it would be up for discussion. In June had to tow it back and it only went 1400 miles since I spent the $1200. Now it needs 10K for a new hybrid battery since the 8 years was up May 11th, but offered to discount the battery by $300. WOW... NO discussion it is no longer under warranty. ***SO SORRY*** Ford is saying it is a dealer workmanship issue and Dealer says its Fords procedures is responsible. I am on disability and had to borrow the money to fix it the first time. Just thought you should all BEWARE. Your auto is only as good as the dealer. I was bilked out of $1200 and left with a car being towed around town***BUYER BEWARE****watch where you service your cars! read more

Had my expedition in for fuel tank repairs, they replaced fuel tank 2 times tried to scam me saying the tank was changed gas fumes really bad. Got the serial numbers off the tanks they matched they never replaced the tank. Even said it passed a smoke test , what a lie. I called their bluff and they replaced. The tank the third time . I will never go back there again. There service manager Mike Olson should be fired for his actions. read more

The service when we arrived at the dealership was great. Very fast with no appointment. The tech was great. My only constructive feedback relates to our initial call in to the service area. We advised we were on the side of the road with two small children. The woman who answered rransferred us into a voicemail. Disconcerting considering our circumstance. What a disaster. We had a hit and run in Florida. Had the car towed to Walker. We were told they had to replace a circuit board. When we go the paper work it said they replaced the battery. $400.00 to replace a battery!!!!! Now insurance won't pay for the mechanical because they say it wasn't due to the accident. WARNING!!!! THIEVES!!!! I had brought my 2017 Mustang GT W/Performance Pack to walker ford on 2/18/19 for an oil change and a minor window repair. After 3 days I get my car back and the window is still broke I call and tell them and Amy( the service rep.) tells me to bring the car back in on Friday 2/22/19 so I do. Amy comes back and tells me to bring the car back the next Friday and they will replace the motor. now the car has been sitting at walker for most of the week so its dirty, I take it to the car wash and go to wash my tires and notice the caliper covers that come on the car when purchased are missing so I call Amy and tell her where she states that the cameras are down in the maintenance area and because of that there is nothing they can do, I ask for a manager and get ahold of a Mr. Romano he proceeds to tell me that the cameras are down in the maintenance are but the ones in the drive are working but he couldn't see anything and there is nothing he can do. I ask him if walker is the only place I have gone for maintenance and they have had the car all week how could they just disappear where he very loudly " maybe i'am not making myself clear but I cant see them so there is nothing I can do". I ask for the number to the owner and he tells me they are on vacation no one will answer the phone so I ask again where he proceeds to tell me the number so fast I have to ask multiple times to repeat as he sighs heavily into the phone. the total disregard for customer service and the lack of morals at walker ford is awful, not to mention that the cameras don't work so there is no liability on walker fords part when things go missing is just appalling. I hope this saves someone else's investment from having parts stolen off it. read more
