They were very thorough in their explanations, showed me pictures, contacted my warranty company and their attention to customer service was beyond expection. I got hungry and asked for a place to walk to, to get food. The intake person, brought me 1/2 of his own sandwich, chips and yogurt as well as a comfy chair to sit outside and eat. Upon completion every person exceeded ALL my expectations toward a customer they'd probably never see again. I'm 74 and have been driving 58 years. Their diagnostic check comes with photos showing you exactly what they find and they were so friendly going over everything with me on the phone and discussing what I should do in the future for tune ups without trying to push me into anything today. My battery terminals were replaced and my car was seen and repaired in about a 3 hour turn around! Pricing seems fair, repairs are never cheap and diagnostic prices are on par with dealerships. They were to include a pair of wiper blades with the 30,000 mile service but they did not give me those. The service writer conveniently forgot.
