To say this store is disorganized is a major understatement. They may seem under staffed, but the…read moreemployees who were working that day were off doing who knows what. My wife and I walk in to do a Passport photo. There appears to be only one male worker in the front, but he has a few customers looking to check out at the front. He uses the overhead speaker system to request assistance in Photo. He helps a few customers, while we wait in photo, and then he makes a second announcement when he can't step away from the register. No one responded to either request for assistance. He finally has time and proceeds to help us. Photo is taken, first kiosk he uses to edit the photo stops working and he has to move to new kiosk. He has trouble loading SD card onto second kiosk and then he can't find the photo. I found it for him. He edits the photo and then sends it to the printer. As he tries to print the label for the order, he is locked out and needs a password reset. So he calls for a female (likely Manager) to assist over the radio (CB radio). She doesn't come to the Photo center. We wait 2 minutes and he radios her again, still she doesn't respond. Another female employee in a plan shirt (no Walgreen logo shirt) and she offers to assist but then states she is locked out and needs a password reset. At this point a Passport photo has taken over 15+ minutes which includes waiting time. A male employee, who seems fairly tech savvy, enters the photo center and he is able to login and check us out. This store is one of the worse I have seen. I understand there are staff shortages, but when an employee asks for assistance 4 times, and no one responds, that is either their own refusal to assist, or they were busy doing something that they couldn't stop by policy (unlikely). I looked at the rear mirror that helps you see the backside of the store and I couldn't locate another employee anywhere so they must have been in off the main floor. To top this entire experience off, the passport photo take is borderline non-compliant, but we will only find out if the Passport agency notifies us it cannot be accepted. So we spent 15 minutes to get a passport photo and my wife's Passport application could be rejected simply because of a poor passport photo we paid $17 for.

This pharmacy is inside IGA so upon picking up your medications it's easy to also pick up any groceries you may need. It really does bring the old country community feelings with it.

She also threaten me by telling me if I don't change my attitude that she was going to call my doctors and tell them I won't be allowed to use the Pharmacy at CVS 24 Stone Street Store anymore cause I am rude and will not change my attitude, when it was the workers doing it to me first and their auto-operator hanging up on me when I asked to speak to a "Live Person" or "Live Agent" !!! I don't necessarily use the pharmacy, because I don't have any prescriptions. But one time I had to ask the pharmacist some questions about relief for severe nasal congestion and he gave me some good tips that really helped. As far as shopping goes, they sell all the food brands that I typically have to drive up to Target for in the beauty section. Native shampoo, etc. and for the same price as Target. So that's very handy!

So I sat down and told them what I needed and she proceeded to call the back room Warehouse and tell them that I was there to pick up cannulas. She got off the phone and noticed that I had set my tank of oxygen down on its side inside the tank carrier that you provide, a black one. She asked me if I always put my tank down on the side like that. I see yes I sometimes. She told me that was wrong. If I lay my tank on its side, it won't produce the oxygen that I need to help me breathe. That is not correct. I looked it up. Also that day she asked me if I ever use my tanks at home. I said yes I do sometimes. She proceeded to tell me in a very condescending way that it shows company came to my house and check to see if I was using my oxygen concentrator correctly and they check the hours meter and it didn't match up the way it's supposed to then I could have a problem with the insurance company. I feel this is also a load of, well, you know what. If the insurance company wants to come to my house and see if I'm using my equipment properly then they're welcome to. And does it really matter as long as I'm getting the oxygen that I need? I don't know who this woman is but I know where she sits in the office so if you'd like to know who she is I'll tell you. I hope you train your receptionist that are in the office a little better than this in the future. She was very condescending that day and I left that place extremely angry. Your ladies in the office need to do a better job and stop running the miles about things that they don't know what they're talking about. That's it. That's all.
