Amber was absolutely awesome at answering questions and concerns and was so prompt. She helped me pick out my lip wear so I could do my own touch ups. I showed her lots of pictures of hair and makeup ideas for everyone and she let me know how long it would take and pricing. She was so helpful and reassuring to this nervous bride. On the day of the wedding they arrived on time with everything they needed. They were open to lots of ideas and made helpful suggestions. Amber used airbrush makeup to make me look flawless and beautiful. Rachel took time to put in alllll of my hair extensions and give me the exact romantic style I was dreaming of. They made all of my bridesmaids,mom and mother in law look absolutely gorgeous. They were both so much fun and worked so well together. We loved having them there. There prices were reasonable and I loved that they come to location.

I swear it was 20 minutes from the time I walked in until she threw me out the back door. I didn't get just a hair cut but also a waxing. I called for an appointment and asked if I could come right away since I was getting my oil changed at O'Connors. I needed a fresh cut and I was told Whitney would take me. COOL! So, Whitney starts cutting my hair (dry, which she told me is how she does it) and I thought Edward Scissorhands was doing my hair because hair was flying all over the place! So much so that I was spitting it out as I was trying to speak to her. I thought she would use the blow dryer and get the hair off of me but NO...NO, she sent me on my way with hair all over me. I asked when I got there if they have a waxing service and Whitney said yes that she would check when she finished my hair. (I don't know why she didn't check then.) By the time Whitney asked, the Esthetician had left for the day so Whitney decided to do it herself. The Esthetician had turned off the waxing pod so it was already cool but Whitney used it anyway. She said something about it being too cold but that didn't stop her. Needless to say, it was a terrible job. All she did was rip my skin. When I got home and looked at what she had done I was so mad. She never used anything to get the COLD WAX off my face, didn't use a tweezer to get any hair she missed, never even gave me a mirror to look at myself. My eyebrows and lip were exactly they way they looked when I walked in (until the next day when my skin started to peel). I'm pretty sure she wasn't supposed to be doing the Esthetician's job because she threw me out the back door. I payed $50.00 for a short hair cut, eyebrow and lip wax without knowing how I looked. I tipped her $7.00 and left out the back door. I walked back to O'Connors and thought about how my tip was too cheap so when I retrieved my car I went back to give her another couple of dollars. I went in and asked for her again and was told her was in the back getting her hair did!! Well, now I get it...she was in such a hurry because she was waiting to get her own hair done!! OH, SHOOT!! Why didn't you say something and I wouldn't have gone there. I spent $60.00 and got an "OK" hair cut and terrible waxing. I looked like an idiot by the time I got back to O'Connors!! I tip very well so it bothered me that I didn't give her 20%. Now, I really wish I would have seen the terrible job she did before I went back to give her more tip money.

Alicia got me back to my natural nails in 4 months!! Everyone on the team is incredibly talented and almost 3 years later I trust no one else with HAIR and NAILS!!!! This is a true salon who takes GREAT pride in their art and treat each other and their clients like family! Not sure what happened with the quality of stylists that they used to have..but i Had a picture in hand and literally received a hair cut that looked absolutely nothing like it. It was not a complicated cut and it was perfectly suitable for my hair type and texture. What I wanted and what I received were night and day. It looked like a beginner cosmetology student performed my service. Clearly quality cuts are no longer a priority. Worst haircut I have ever had. Stylist was pleasant that's the only positive about my experience. I won't be back.

Sasha is a super aesthetician, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, she explains the procedures and products very well. Sasha is also a trained and licensed massage therapist which she is also terrific at. Walked in for a pedicure only after seeing the previous reviews. They saw my fingernails and I…read moredecided to go ahead and let them do them. Maybe someone else should make my decisions for me because that was a poor decision! To begin with, I have dipping powder gel on and thought they would, like all other salons I've been to, do the individual aluminum finger wraps while I was getting my pedicure, but that didn't happen. (Btw- the pedicure was actually good) After the pedicure was done, I went to sit at his table and he began to dremel file down my dipping powder gel like normal, except he went too far on one of my fingers and filed pretty deep into my nail bed. After that was the worst part!!! He went and got a bowl of water, microwaved it till it was boiling, places that in front of me and then got another bowl with a paper towel in it and put some acetone in it and then put that bowl nesting inside the hot water bowl. I was to put my fingers in the top bowl of acetone to soak. As I sat there it began to get hot. And hotter. And so hot I had to take my fingers out a couple of times while he was off wandering around the shop. One of the times I took my fingers out I could see bubble from under the paper towel that was in the bottom of the bowl!! Yeah I was boiling my fingers in acetone!! When he finally let me be finished my fingers were red and the acetone dried white immediately upon hitting the air! Yeah, it hurt! The rest of it was kinda a long painful process as I watched him do what seemed like extra steps to finish dipping my nails! By the time I finally done I had coloring on a couple fingers and not just on my nails, 2 cuts, at which one is now infected a day later and nails that still didn't look or feel like they were completely finished. I went to this place mostly because out of all the salons I could find in this area, it was the only one that LOOKED nice. The people were nice at least just not sure why they do such bad work. And when I look at the other yelp reviews, I'm not the only one that thinks this.

The pedicures include a sugar scrub, massage, cutting and trimming and shellac. It was an extremely basic service that did not warrant spa prices. I could have gone down the street for the same thing and same overall experience for half the price. Overall, very disappointed and will not be back for nail services and would not recommend. :(
