To say this store is disorganized is a major understatement. They may seem under staffed, but the…read moreemployees who were working that day were off doing who knows what. My wife and I walk in to do a Passport photo. There appears to be only one male worker in the front, but he has a few customers looking to check out at the front. He uses the overhead speaker system to request assistance in Photo. He helps a few customers, while we wait in photo, and then he makes a second announcement when he can't step away from the register. No one responded to either request for assistance. He finally has time and proceeds to help us. Photo is taken, first kiosk he uses to edit the photo stops working and he has to move to new kiosk. He has trouble loading SD card onto second kiosk and then he can't find the photo. I found it for him. He edits the photo and then sends it to the printer. As he tries to print the label for the order, he is locked out and needs a password reset. So he calls for a female (likely Manager) to assist over the radio (CB radio). She doesn't come to the Photo center. We wait 2 minutes and he radios her again, still she doesn't respond. Another female employee in a plan shirt (no Walgreen logo shirt) and she offers to assist but then states she is locked out and needs a password reset. At this point a Passport photo has taken over 15+ minutes which includes waiting time. A male employee, who seems fairly tech savvy, enters the photo center and he is able to login and check us out. This store is one of the worse I have seen. I understand there are staff shortages, but when an employee asks for assistance 4 times, and no one responds, that is either their own refusal to assist, or they were busy doing something that they couldn't stop by policy (unlikely). I looked at the rear mirror that helps you see the backside of the store and I couldn't locate another employee anywhere so they must have been in off the main floor. To top this entire experience off, the passport photo take is borderline non-compliant, but we will only find out if the Passport agency notifies us it cannot be accepted. So we spent 15 minutes to get a passport photo and my wife's Passport application could be rejected simply because of a poor passport photo we paid $17 for.

Who do I contact with a complaint about Walgreens Pharmacy in Augusta?…read more I called them on Tuesday to have a prescription transferred and they said it would be available on Wednesday for pickup. My husband has stopped in every day and they keep telling him come back the next day. Bad enough they had me on hold for 25 minutes when I called, but they told me they had it in stock when I called on Tuesday. Liars. Now they are saying come back Monday. This was a total waste of time. I wouldn't use this pharmacy again if it was the last one left.

I would rather do business with a Taliban black marketeer in the streets of Kabul than with this…read moreridiculous company. I rented a CPAP machine from them and paid all of my share of the copays up front and told them I would take care of supplies myself. As a retired disabled Veteran, I recognize Uncle Sam's contributions to my financial and medical wellfare and did not wish to incur any more charges than was absolutle neccessary. I paid over 500 dollars up front and was told the machine would be mine after so many months. For five hundred some odd dollars, you can buy a CPAP machine on line through CPAP Supply. Not only did they take my money, but they billed Tricare (my military/retireee medical insurance provider) over 80 dollars a month, therby making a hefty profit for themselves at Uncle Sam's expense. They contacted me several times a week to buy supplies for the machine from them-after I had told them several times I will take care of it myself. THEN they had the audacity to send me a bill for several months of rental charges-after I had given them all of what I was quoted as my total rental costs. That was the final straw. I returned the machine and was told I would receive a check for the prorated amount of rental expense I had not yet incurred-over $300 dollars!! Two weeks later-no check. I just called and was told that they 1) only issue checks on Fridays 2) that the insuranc ecompany still needed to be billed (processed they said) -which happens on the 2nd, the day I happened to return the machine and 3) even though the monthly "claim processing" had happened, for "some reason" no check had been cut or sent. I would rather burn shit in a barrel down range on deployment than ever deal with this company again. I want my money, Kennebec Pharmacy!!
