After waiting out an employees system issues (while another employee kept helping the people behind me) I was informed that they had no record of my prescription what so ever. This place is an absolute joke and you should do business elsewhere.

When you come in for a consultation, you want help and satisfaction in the consult with something important like medication and your health. I waited to speak to someone and a pharmacist who is Asian American came over to find out what I wanted with saying "yes"?. She wasn't friendly in what I needed to ask her about. She was stern and was quick in answering my concern like I was a bother. When she finished with me, I knew that was the worse experience I have had with a pharmacy staffperson. I also was appalled that when she addressed people in line to pick up prescriptions, she was friendly to them and even asked "how may I help you"? Even though I didn't have an experience in the actual general part of the store, I won't be back there. If I'm giving my money to purchase something, which I did, I should never be made to feel like I'm a bother for wanting important information especially regarding medication. No one should. I attached the receipt so that the store can address the person if this indeed was the pharmacist that talked with me. An associate rang me up and she was actually very friendly so I had no problem with her, just the pharmacist.

Due to a lot of organizational problems at my doctor's office, this was pretty tricky but Pure Compounding managed to make this happen and I was able to pick up my prescription on a Saturday. Granted, I've only had 1 transaction so far with them, but I would give them 6 stars out of 5 at the moment if it were possible. The same medication that they're able to fill in usually under an hour takes Martin Avenue 72 hours! If you're familiar with Wellness Health, Park Compounding or Hopewell Pharmacy, these guys are on par if not better than them for specialized methylcobalamin treatment. They do regular potency checks on their methylcobalamin and provided me with a copy of this documentation upon request. They are also are able to ship out of state. The only strange thing is that they weren't able to get proper reimbursement from my insurance when Park Compounding Pharmacy was able to. However, I'm able to claim this on my own with my insurance and it saves me $25-$30/month on shipping when I'm in Illinois!
