I gave my brother in law contact info for this pharmacy so he could pick some up on his way to the hospital. He was stuck in traffic and called them to see if they could stay open later so he could get it that day...AND THEY DID!!! They stayed open an hour and a half later than usual just to help us out. I can't thank them enough for their kindness for helping us in a time of crisis. Its two months later and my sister in law is still fighting for her life but she is still with us which has baffled doctors. I'm confident the cbd oil had something to do with it. Thank you Charlotte's Web and Wholesome Health Pharmacy! Keep doing what you are doing!

Adding new information: This business is unethical. My insurance company talked to them, and the…read morereason why they sent me the brand I didn't want it's because it's CHEAPER! The pharmacy would lose money if they send me what I requested; however, if that's the case, the pharmacy should communicate with my doctor's office from the very beginning not until the last minute when I reached out. Now my medicine will be delayed for more than 4 days. This business basically doesn't have ethics and only cares about money. Avoid this business if you could. This pharmacy sent me a substitute generic brand without my consent which is birth control. - if you are a female you know how each generic brand works differently. My gynecologist office places the prescription with this pharmacy so I don't know the details but I specifically said I needed Xulane patch, not Zafemy. The worst part is that there's a guy named Luis who's racist and rude. After I tell him my name which is a foreign name on the prescription, he had an attitude against me. He using inappropriate language like "I'm not repeating my name to you" "there's no further discussion" "I'm in charge." This guy cut me off a few times and never let me finish my desired solution and doesn't have a can-do attitude. All he did is "there's nothing I can do for you, is your doctor's fault" So ladies, avoid this racist place that substitutes your birth control without letting you know. And don't let a rude disrespectful man who is not even able to get pregame tell you all the birth controls are the same!! Ridiculous!

I…read morewas confused, as I had included that information on the form I emailed, which stated I had unlimited coverage. I was then asked to wait in the reception area and call my insurance company again while the fitter attended to another appointment, and I would be called back to finish my fitting. After holding for my insurance advocate, the fitter came out and said she had to leave, but someone else would finish my fitting. Once my insurance advocate confirmed again that I had unlimited coverage, I put her on speakerphone so your office manager could hear the confirmation directly. I was ready to complete my fitting, but was told she had a wig fitting and could not see me because I had already used my 45-minute appointment. I explained that my fitting was not finished and that I had been asked to reconfirm my benefits. She told me she could not fit me in that day and that I would need to make another appointment. She was adamant she couldn't help me, and I felt like I was being treated as a nuisance. I left your office exhausted and in tears. I had come in hopeful and prepared, but the experience left me feeling dismissed and unsupported at a particularly difficult time in my life.

Odd since the only info you need for an appointment is the patient's name and birth date. The remaining "personal" information would be the policy holder of the insurance which would be me. Pretty sure my 21 YO doesn't know who the insurer is, my birth date or the last four of my SSN which is what they need to submit the insurance claim. Not sure that the less than user friendly staff understands the concept of HIPAA in this context. I am the person providing all the of the "personal" information. Never been told I couldn't make an appointment for someone in my family because of HIPAA. Happy to take my business elsewhere.
