I dropped off a prescription weeks ago. A disheveled pharmacy employee informed me he was out of what I needed so he'd order some and contact me in about a week. I doubled checked to make sure they had my contact details and the unkempt employee agreed he did. Fast forward a few weeks without contact and I return to the store in search of my prescription. After waiting out an employees system issues (while another employee kept helping the people behind me) I was informed that they had no record of my prescription what so ever. This place is an absolute joke and you should do business elsewhere. read more

Went for a drive-thru Covid test and it was a MESS. The employee running the drive thru (which is the same one where other customers were trying to pick up their prescriptions) had not been trained, so she finally asked a pharmacist for help... it took over 20 minutes to even get the swabs out to me. Every time I try and get medications filled at Walgreens--and it doesn't really matter which location it is--there's always problems. Take my most recent visit. I put three prescriptions through on Sunday using the Walgreens app; the message I get in response, is that they will be ready on Monday, the next day, by 8 PM. Shockingly, they were not ready at this time. Rather, as I write this review, which is Wednesday, three days since I put in for my med refills, I still have not received what I was promised. Two were ready as of today; however, the third (and most important one) STILL is not ready. The Walgreens app displayed a message that said, "Action needed. We were unable to process your order. Please call the pharmacy. . . ." So, I did. I spoke with a pharmacy tech who said that there weren't any problems and that my two prescriptions were ready. I pointed out that I still had a third medication to pick up, and the app said to call the pharmacy. (Why the tech didn't see this third med is beyond me.) After literally three minutes of the tech typing, she said, "Your prescription will be ready tomorrow." And that was that. And here I am, STILL waiting for my medication. I wasn't given any reason why it was delayed, nor was I given any reason that warranted, or even hinted at, the automated request to call the pharmacy. I know it might seem like I'm being petty here, but it seems like I have these types of problems with Walgreens ALL THE TIME. Look, Walgreens, you've had 123 years to figure this stuff out!!! Set for 35 minutes without any cars moving in the drive-through. Cannot leave because I was boxed in Cars finally began moving. Car in front of me took another 15 minutes in a dispute with the pharmacist. Finally got to the window and set for another 25 minutes. No one answered the call light, no one came to the window despite repeated pushes of the button. Two cars in the other lane received their prescriptions. I was in this Walgreens 2 nights ago. I got to the cash register and there was no barrier like plexiglass at the cash register counter to protect the cashier. Nor was there any demarcation on the floor to show people to stand back 6 feet and no hand sanitizer. Seriously, look at how many people come to the register! And the cashier has to handle dirty money as well. Care for the cashiers! Even Jewel put up plexiglass, but they didn't make it long enough to go over the card machine. read more

Nope nope, never again. I gave you 2 visits to form an opining. The pharmacy sucks at taking care of their customers. VISIT #1 11/9/17 nothing like going to the doctors for a migraine, then to go to Walgreens to drop off a prescription and to be told to come back in 2 hours, then when the 2 hours is up I get an automated call saying there is a problem with my insurance. So then I call and they tell me my birthday is written wrong. Where I don't know because it's not wrong on the paperwork or my drivers license and it's not marked on my insurance card they asked for when I dropped the prescription off.(which is what they stated the problem was to begin with) The lady asked me twice what my birthday was and then said she'd transfer me to the pharmacist. I then get hung up on, call again and they say again that they have my birthday written wrong and was about to transfer me again until I said I'm in pain and was just hung up on. He waited on the call with me until it's picked up, the pharmacist tells me their birthday mix up is why it can't be filled. ..now I gotta wait another 20 minutes before I can get drugs in my system. ...and maybe I'll get rid of this 41 hour migraine in another couple hours VISIT #2: 11/16/17 I go straight here after an Emergency Care visit for still a headache and now a painful stiff/strained neck. I need new pain meds. I drop off my prescription at 12:15 and she said it will be ready in 2 hours. I go home and take a nap trying to forget the pain. Over 5 hours has passed, so it must be ready! It is now 5:45 and I am waiting at the drive thru for my pain meds. They tell me, that they have nothing ready for me and nothing on file. I said I came here 5 and a half hours ago and handed them my paperwork. You guys have it! Then he leaves and searches somewhere and comes back with the paper and said it somehow got misplaced. Now I am still waiting another 15 minutes for them to fill it. Ridiculous! Get your act together! People who are in pain, can't afford these mistakes. Unreliable! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. It is near my house so it should be convenient. I dropped off my disposable camera pictures 7 weeks ago and they were supposed to come back in 1 week. After going into the store frustrated 5+ times with people telling me they would call and work on it, not until the last guy I talked to called did anything happen. I refused to pay as it was a ridiculous time frame and the most they could do was give me a 15% off discount or I couldn't get the pictures. Run don't walk from this pharmacy! After 20 years with Walgreens, I'm moving to CVS. Truthfully, I've intended to do so for the past couple years due to the constant issues and delays with prescriptions. Today when I went to drive thru to pick up my prescription, I was informed it had been picked up the evening of Dec. 18. Imagine my surprise since I was out of town on that date. I insisted I hadn't picked it up, the tech insisted it had..... so I drove home to call the pharmacy to solve the mystery. After being disconnected once, and put on hold for twenty minutes, my third call reached a tech who transferred me to dispensing. Sigh. NOW I'll get to the bottom of it! Not so much. Dispensing had to check security cameras and yep, someone in bedroom slippers and a jacket had picked it up that evening. Sigh. I think this will be easy. I'll go to drive thru -again- present my face, ID, ( and slippers lol), and prove I am not the recipient in the store. Not so fast. Walgreens calls back to tell me they were in error-- that was another customer and another prescription. In fact, my prescription was picked up in drive thru. So-- didn't security cameras pick up the customer and vehicle? Uh. No. Now I call the manager Mr. Kemp who in his ultra managerial patronizing manner consoles me by saying his customers ( the old folks I suspect) often forget they pick up prescriptions. Now I'm reaching the boiling point. But I calmly reply I didn't forget, have never forgotten an unforgettable trip to their drive- thru, and furthermore was out of town on that date. He then seals his case by telling me the person gave my name, address, and obviously knew I had a prescription for pain killers waiting in the pharmacy. Ok. Spooky right? After eliminating the doppelgänger theory, I'm struck by the obvious. No one has this information except me and my doctor. Last I knew, Doc wasn't doing drive bys of Walgreens. Who would have access to this information? Someone in the store. Of course, Manager Kemp was having none of that. But he did agree to honor the prescription. And said security, while the strongest, would be addressed. I'm not waiting for that to happen. The sadder but wiser gal is heading to CVS, after I research their security policies! Maybe "one on every corner" isn't a good plan when you can't staff with enough professional ethical staff....... read more

Easily the TOP worst experience, my first time at this location. My birthday just passed on the 18th and my niece flew in just for it. She came to this location just to buy some make-up so I can at least look good for the weekend. There were a couple colors that didn't look good so I went to return them today, Monday. The manager Syed, who seemed so nice with the other customers, was not as pleasing with me. I don't know if it because of my ethnicity, or my return, or what. All I know is him giving me 3rd degree and interrogation over returning a couple of products. Syed said I can't return these products without my niece being there with her ID or the receipt. I've never had problems returning other items at other locations for my mom, my grandma or myself. But this manager clearly had it out for me. Jumping through hoops is not something that I need to do, to return a couple of cosmetics. Because my ID didn't match my niece Walgreens information, he said she would have to fly all the way back here, present herself and her ID to Syed, in order for a return. Again, I don't know if the color of my skin has anything to do with Syed's 180 smile to frown between customers, but this should NOT right in anyone's book. read more

However, this particular pharmacy is terribly inconsistent when it comes to communicating and following up. Too often orders aren't filled in a reasonable amount of time, or at all; and in cases of the latter, they haven't bothered to contact me. My main problem with this Walgreens pharmacy location is simply the attitude of their employees. They all seem to just hate their job, and whenever I have a question for them, they act as if my inquiry is common knowledge and something I should know already. I have had multiple conversations with this specific location where I felt like I was being treated like a child due to not knowing the internal operations and controls of a pharmacy. I do not work for a pharmacy. In fact, whenever you are picking up your refills and checking out, the person ringing you up SPECIFICALLY ASKS YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR THE PHARMACIST. Quite contradicting. Additionally, their insurance system is down quite frequently as well. This means that they cannot process your refill unless you wish to pay full cash price. For example, today is Sunday, July 29th. I spoke with someone earlier this morning and they stated their insurance system has been down since 9:00am on Saturday, July 28th. After listening to a bunch of non-sense regarding their insurance system I finally just asked what my other options were to obtain medication that I desperately needed. The response I received was that some of the other Walgreens in the area do not have their insurance system working either and so my best bet to to periodically call around to different Walgreens within like a 50 mile radius until I find one that will accept transfers for my refills. I've had issues with photo orders here in the past and it just happened again - so lesson learned for me, I won't ever be going here again. I picked up an order today with photo ornaments and a large number of 4x6 photos, only to open the package later at home and the photos weren't there, despite having paid for them. Sat on hold for a long time calling the store and it took them awhile to figure out where the photos were, turned out someone wrote my name wrong on that package (but correctly on the ornaments package), so I didn't get it. No apologies at any point for the inconvenience of having to come back to get something I already paid for. read more

The pharmacy here is fast and professional, no matter the time. It is one of the busier in the area, but gets you in and out fairly quickly. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is generally helpful, though checking out here takes a while sometimes. They like to keep the minimum number of staff at the front unless they're very busy. But it's still much quicker than a grocery store. Like all walgreens, you can usually find all basic groceries here, and being a 24 hour store this is very convenient. The bathrooms are not dirty but not notably clean or warm, and seem designed more for staff than customers. Still, they're easily accessible. Overall, a high quality walgreens, but not perhaps as cutting edge up to date as the newest stores. read more

Love this Walgreens. It is the upgraded version and they have the doctors office on site. It is so much easier than going to the doctors office. You walk in, put your name in the computer, shop and then they call you when the doctor is ready. You can then get your prescriptions right away as well. It cost about 50.00 if you dont have insurance and if you do they bill them directly. Checkout here is always fast and the staff is friendly. They also have fresh sandwiches and produce. read more

Open 24 hrs.. nice store. Clean with a decent bathrooms and a reasonably efficient drive through. It's a busy store but the pharmacists keep things moving and are generally in good spirits. I prefer these stores to CVS in general, and in this area specifically. Clinic is pretty convenient for quick stuff. Also, their app is great for updating/re-ordering prescriptions. Like getting texts when my prescriptions are ready. Today, I knew my prescription was ready before the pharmacist had a chance to call my name. Caught them by surprise.. it wasn't the highlight of my day, but I'll take an "amusement quickie" any day. read more

Terrible experience. I ordered a 16x20 canvas. Received a email that said they order is ready for pick. When I got there it was almost a hour past when it was ready. The cashier asked my name. I told him it was large as it was 16x20. He kept looking through little envelopes, I said it's 16x20 and he says oh will it fit in here (probably a 5x7 envelope). I said no that's not even close to 16x20. He says it's not there, I say I have a email telling me it is. He calls the manager, some blonde probably 50 or so. I guess it bothered her that she had to help a customer she started off rude like what do I need. I show her the email and explain I'm picking up a 16x20 canvas, she snaps and said what's your name and then says that a confirmation of a order. I said no look right at the top says your order is ready for pick up. Surprise it's the only big print up there. She gives it to me and said the cashier will ring me up. He does but in those 5 minutes he forgot about the canvas then goes on to say he forgot to ring something up so I pay for that then check my receipt and he did have me pay for it the first time and then the second time. He can't seem to do a refund so he calls the manager which luckily was not that blonde grumpy older lady but was a young lady who was nice and refunded me the over charge. When you call you are put on hold with the music way too loud. took 5 minutes to get the phamacist. The attention given to customers is sort of a I'm too busy attitude too much in a hurry to do something else. rarely is the pharmacist customer oriented. Walgreens has got a lot of improving to do. I've always had fairly good experiences at Walgreens Take Care Clinics, but this one seems to be an exception. I came here first thing in the morning, when the website said "no wait" but I waited about 45 minutes. Okay, annoying, but I guess I can deal with that. Unfortunately the Nurse Practitioner who saw me was beyond rude - a young gal in her 20's who was condescending, disrespectful and just downright mean. When you are already feeling miserable due to illness, it's not fun to walk out feeling belittled. A little friendliness and compassion would go a long way. Gals in the pharmacy are not much better. I did receive a helpful prescription and medical advice, so I'll give 2 stars for that, but I won't be returning. read more
