I asked her to come back when she was done talking to the customer who walked in and again she walked away without a word! Unbelievably she did this a third time. After being frusterated enough to leave I mentioned on my way out that I had still needed her help and she argued with me! Telling me she has been the manager for 5 years and she knows how to wait on customers. This completely unprofessional store is an under stocked, rudely staffed mess. However, I will say that I would expect my services to look professional and neat. I purchased a Living Social deal that had a facial wax, mani, micro-derm and chemical peel. I was more excited about the chemical peel and micro-derm because that can be a pricey service in a salon. For me, the wax and mani was just an added bonus. I called 2 weeks in advance to schedule my appointment. I didn't get a confirmation for my appointment, and I almost forgot about it. My student was very nice. The wax was good, the mani was horrible. I have bubbles and dings all over my nails. I could have done a better job and I'm not the best nail painter. She took her time and tried to be neat, but I still walked away with polish all around my nails. My mani probably took about an hour to complete, which I understand there is a learning curve. The chemical peel and micro-derm were just okay compared to other times I've received the same type of services. I asked what the protocol was since this was a school and she said that someone would check her work. Of the 4 services I received no one checked her work. I feel bad leaving not the most positive review for a beauty school let alone a student, however my overall issue was the lack of attention and checking after the services once complete. Now quite frankly I don't inherently care that she swore by taking the Lord's name in vain but the fact that she did so in front of a small child in my opinion is kind of rude and the fact that she swore in front of what was going to be several paying customers not just my friend and me, Leaves a fairly bad taste in my mouth. I don't know if she thought my friend and I looked poor, if it was that she didn't like how we were dressed, thought we looked LGBTQAI+, If we looked like the type of customer she didn't want to service or what but the fact of the matter is she made us feel very unwelcome and like we were beneath her between her tone and what she said. We were looking for a product that was similar to something a different makeup brand cells for $45 because unfortunately the only place that sells that particular make up brand in store is nearly a 1/2 hour drive And it would have been closed by the time we arrived. We were already out in that location. So we'd already planned on spending in my opinion of fair penny on makeup. Her clerk was at least polite and helpful but after how rude she was I don't plan on coming back and plan on making it crystal clear to everyone I know how rude and horrid that woman was.

They provide "estimated costs" that seem wildly inaccurate, require payment before procedures, and then quietly hand you additional balances while you're still coming out of anesthesia. Insurance processing is explained in circles, refunds take forever, and asking billing questions is apparently treated as a personal inconvenience to the staff. Funny how payments are immediate when they want money, but refunds suddenly require 30+ days and endless follow-ups. Patients deserve clear communication and honest billing practices -- not confusion and attitude.
