Honestly sad I didn't see the reviews before coming. I dealt with the manager and she was very unfriendly there was an issue with my groceries I called customer service they said to use their name as a reference and this manager wouldn't accept that. I advised she could call and use my number or the CSR name to confirm but she wanted to take my phone and talk to the CSR. Which I was uncomfortable with. I offered speaker phone but that wouldn't suffice either. It took over 20 minutes to get the issue resolved and only resolved because I said I would let pursue a complaint with corporate if she could just fix the issue as I was just doing what they told me to do. Completely unfriendly and did not care about resolving the issue I get their standpoint honestly, I do you can't believe anything that anyone just comes in and says, but I did exactly what Corporate asked me to do . read more

This pharmacy refuses to refill prescriptions when they are due,,,, they put one date on the bottle then tell the customer they cannot pick up till another day then when you go for a refill the following month it's 4 days late,,,, this is the only Walgreens that has the most ignorant staff in their pharmacy. They don't realize that not every month has the same amount of days . I wish they would go out of effing business I will be switching my business . I'm so sick of these people . read more

They cheated me out of 60 tramadol tablets on my prescription and I had to go back over there. I get 180 tablets a month but what they gave me was only 120. This has now happened '3' times at a Walgreens store and I suspect someone in the pharmacy is nicking them and taking them home. They are opiates. Also, they act like they don't care. read more

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is a disaster. I experienced several issues obtaining a prescription for my Dexcom continuous glucose monitor system, the pharmacy staff was unable to complete simple tasks like obtaining insurance information and initiating the process for a prior authorization from my provider. When I was finally able to pick up my prescription (about a week after originally being told it was ready) there was a lot confusion among staff about how many sensors and transmitters I was supposed to be dispensed. They eventually agreed that my insurance was covering a 30 day supply and gave me 3 sensors and 1 transmitter. I left with my supplies thinking everything was fine. A month later I called to have my prescription refilled and was informed by the pharmacy staff that it was too soon to refill my prescription as I had been dispensed a 90 day supply 30 days prior. I am 100% positive that I had only been dispensed a 30 day supply. The pharmacy staff agreed to look into it and review their recorded cameras from the day. They called me back to inform me that they had video footage of me being dispensed a 90 day supply. I asked to see this video footage knowing that this was impossible. They stated that they do not share their recordings with the public and informed me that I would have to involve the police if I wanted to see the video. I suggested that they do an inventory count or find any other way to prove that they had not dispensed a 90 day supply of my supplies. I called my insurance company, who told me that they had been billed and payed for a 90 day supply and my only options were to wait to refill the supplies in 2 months, pay for it out of pocket or show up with police at the pharmacy in order to obtain the video footage proving that I had only received 30 day supply and obtain the rest of the 90 day supply from them. Several hours later I received a call from the pharmacy staff stating that they would "give me my supplies and work it out with my insurance later" They never admitted to making a mistake and acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me my prescription. read more

I would give this place a zero!!! horrible customer service. Especially the pharmacy department. They had me wait 40 minutes to get my covid shot as the lady who was supposed to give my shot was sitting in the back talking bad about a previous customer. read more

I presume the best in the staff here and am willing to accept it as a poorly trained, terribly ran pharmacy being the reason my scripts continued to be placed on hold or cancelled without any communication to me. I'm willing to believe I was told in error, and not lied to, when they claimed they contacted my doctor for authorizations and alternatives, though my doctor never received any calls, emails or fax. However, if I wanted this level of nonexistent customer service, I'd use Amazon or express scripts. read more

This pharmacy is horrible! The staff is rude. It takes approximately 40 minutes to get your medications if your the 4th car in line in the drive thru. When they are out of medication they will not notify your doctor or you so when you drive up to get the medication they tell you they don't have it. Many times when medications are sent electronically they tell you it was never sent. This is by far the WORST pharmacy and will never use them again!! We will drive further and find another pharmacy. read more

Literally the rudest and worst customer service of any pharmacy I have been to. There are a couple technicians that are pleasant but most are not. One pharmacist is very courteous, the other acts likes he:s doing you a favor to fill your prescription. Most Walgreens emphasize customer service and courtesy. The pharmacy department of this one does not. read more

I never leave reviews, however this Walgreens is awful. The workers there are incompetent and rude. One of the workers there had the audacity to be rude when I asked how much longer it would be until I receive my flu shot after I've been waiting 40minutes.. and she told me "well you never signed this form" which she never gave to me and saw me sitting in the waiting area this entire time. The rudest pharmacy staff. I had to go up there 4x to get my daughters prescription. The first time was a misunderstanding between the dr. Office and I and I didn't realize the prescription had not been called in, no big deal. She told me to come back in 30. I came back through the drive through and she tells me that she wasn't aware that the pharmacist was on break. I HIGHLY doubt she didn't know that her higher up was on break but whatever I circled around to graB IT FOR THE THIRD time. My daughter has 2 insurance cards, together the cost of prescriptions is 0$. She tells me it's 10$ . I know that's not right so i start to explain that she has 2 insurance cards and she rudely cuts me off and says "that's with it" I said I'll have to come back and she just looks at my says literally nothing. And stares. NOTHING. I know what I'm dealing with now so I go drop my dog off at home and drive all the way back up so I can deal with this a 4th time inside. A different pharmacist inside argues with me that it is 10$. After I explain a 3rd time that there should be no cost she finally comes back says there's no charge and hands me her meds. No apology for all the bullshit. I will be transferring prescriptions to cvs in lake Saint Louis schnucks. They're always fast, super friendly and they actually listen to you. There was an end cap with oxymeters and pulse readers with a price posted at $34.99. When I tried to purchase it at the register, the cashier could not get it to come up so she called the manager. The manager could not get it to come up either and said it wasn't in the system; so she tried to sell me an older model. I told her that wasn't the one I wanted. I wanted the one that was on the end cap. She said she couldn't sell it to me because it wasn't in the system. Soooo.... put it in the system. There was a whole end cap full of them read more

Well i have only dealt with the pharmacy but it's really quite the disappointing situation. The first time I was quoted 10-15 minutes for my refill, I was contacted that the order was ready, and got there and it was not. Accidents happen I get it. The second time my doctor called in a prescription. They spelled my name wrong so not only was I in pain recovering from reconstructive hip surgery but I had to deal with that mess forever. And you would thing that third time is a charm, nope. Even gave them a HAND WRITTEN script with my name CORRECTLY spelled on it. Of course it was under the wrong name again, took forever to figure out, and so on and so forth. The pharmacy could most definitely use some fine tuning. read more

Always find what I'm looking for, and get my prescriptions filled quickly. The staff is friendly and follows all the health safety standards. Greeting cards there are top-notch (expensive, but unique). Anyway, I've never had to wait in a long line either. read more

I usually frequent this walgreens. I love the fact that they have the cheapest cogarettes, but more so that when I come jn if Maryetta or a few others I am greeted by my first name. Otherwise it is just a normal walgreens, although i do remember looking for my specificbenefit drinkin asked the manager if they could stock it he said he didn't have the choice but did offer to buy me a case bring it in and j could do it buy it.
