I'm never treated like that at Costco's. I don't think I will renew my membership with Sam's she is so rude to paying customers. Since I didn't have it and hadn't brought my phone in I had to walk back to the parking lot to ask my friend. It's fine to have procedures to protect picking up someone's meds. But the lady who "helped" me didn't ever look at me. She kept working on something the whole time with no eye contact etc. when I returned a second lady helped me and again there was no greeting, thank you for your business, smile, eye contact. It all felt very robotic. I'm glad I use Walgreens.

My vet prescribed a special medication for our dog to help with anxiety during the 4th of July from the fireworks. The Medicine Shoppe was able to fill the order without having to pay an outrageous price from one of the pet supply companies and wait for shipping. After mentioning to the pharmacy tech that our dog was really bad about taking pills, she offered to make the compounded prescription in a liquid form. Found out after picking it up that they went an even extra step and flavored it with chicken broth. Very kind gesture! They also texted me as soon as it was ready. Would definitely use them again!

I advised she could call and use my number or the CSR name to confirm but she wanted to take my phone and talk to the CSR. Which I was uncomfortable with. I offered speaker phone but that wouldn't suffice either. It took over 20 minutes to get the issue resolved and only resolved because I said I would let pursue a complaint with corporate if she could just fix the issue as I was just doing what they told me to do. Completely unfriendly and did not care about resolving the issue I get their standpoint honestly, I do you can't believe anything that anyone just comes in and says, but I did exactly what Corporate asked me to do .

I remember when this Walgreens was first built. It was impeccably run, well-kept, and efficient…read more The manager could always be seen making sure the store looked good, and the products were placed well. The outside was kept clean as well. That went on for years. Nowadays, this store is a sad skeleton of its impeccable days gone by. Management appears non-existent. The parking lot is falling apart and has potholes that could qualify as a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. The grounds are an utter mess, with hundreds of cigarette buts lining the curbs and broken concrete. The inside is not much better. Back by the pharmacy, the ceiling tiles are stained from water leaks and are complimented with (what appears to be) black mold. The staff here is ok except for one young man who is working a lot. I won't name names but has a huge head of hair that is always unkept and in general, looks like he just rolled out of the gutter. He puts the least amount of effort into his interactions with customers and is not friendly at all. Not a good representation, but then again, look at the rest of the place. It kind of goes along with it. I feel sorry for all of those who have permanently damaged their rims from the gigantic potholes at this place. Corporate should look into this location - It has to shape up around here.
