I tried to place an order for a few things and it took forever to place the order. The people I talked to weren't familiar with the catalog. Outside of the elderly gentleman in the suit and tie, the customer service here is terrible. You would find better morale and more respect among teenagers at a pizzeria. I've been here three times and each time I was treated like crap. Dear Fitzpatrick Pharmacy, The customers at your store are buying medical supplies. At the very least, they are probably already on edge and frustrated due to their own health or the health of a loved one. Because of these circumstances, a SKILLED pharmacy staff would treat its customers with the utmost respect and consideration. YOUR STAFF DOES NOT, and it is infuriating!

Clerk processed my order, proceeded to ask me if I knew the price, I said no, and she continued on without giving me any inclination of the total. Get to my car and realize that my doctor's office had sent me a text with a discount card to use at the pharmacy for HALF. I run back in and all three employees didn't know what the they were doing. Acted like they'd never seen a discount card before when one of the clerks said, "they'd try it". Referencing the discount code. I wanted a reimbursement for the meds I had purchased, but was met with pushback and was told "that med is ringing up more than what you originally paid, which didn't even make sense. All the while, the pharmacist decided to chime in asking me, "Where'd you get that"? Like, I was beating the system with a discount card that MY DOCTOR gave me. He acted like they didn't have to honor the discount card. Mind you, it would have been helpful if the clerk would have INITIALLY mentioned or asked if I had a discount card to use. Don't go here. These people have no idea what they're doing and don't care. Clearly. Shoutout to the pharmacist for being a jerk.

The pharmacy tech said it would be about 15 minutes, so I did a short walkabout quite gently, as I had a mouthful of gauze. Upon return, everything was ready, and I was required to move to the "Consult" window to confer with the pharmacist. She reviewed all the scripts, and gave me additional and helpful information about taking these new meds. I was in and out in short order.

The clerks are personable and professional. There's no "Walgreen's" crapola in here. It's a serious pharmacy. But there are plenty of over-the-counter meds, wraps, bandages, canes and some candy. Right in front of Building D (where the pharmacy is) there are some set-aside parking spots for pharmacy patrons, so it's a quick stop in and out. The pharmacy is directly off the lobby of Building D. If the pharmacy spots are all taken, you can park in the underground garage right under Building D and take the elevator up to the lobby and right over to the pharmacy. In this instance, you're protected from the weather, and still have a quick in and out. Valet parking also is available, but I wouldn't recommend it for the short period you'll be there.

My cat Geronimo has been sick and the compounded meds they've provided have saved his life! If it weren't an hour from me I would get all of our meds here! I'm a new patient, I don't know how any of this works, and one employee hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. When I called the number back, it went to a voice mailbox that wasn't set up. I had to get a different number from Google and I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally got in contact with someone, I asked for the owner and was put on hold again. When I told the owner that I had had a terrible time with his employees and that nobody seemed to care, he put me on hold for 8 and 1/2 minutes. After I told him that I was in a depressive episode with suicidal ideation. He left me for 8 and 1/2 minutes... I just want my depression medication. They just want my money and they want no responsibility. This location does not care. If you are a human being looking to be treated as such, please avoid this location. They are awful.
