In general I have had good experience with…read moreother CVS pharmacies I have used, however the Walkertown pharmacy is a constant underperformer. They always seem to be backed up and it takes an exhortation amount of time to get a prescription filled, that is if they even have the medication in stock. I have had prescriptions for several common medications that I ultimately had to have transferred to another pharmacy because they were out of stock and said it would take several days to get the medication. Within the last week I have had two prescriptions improperly filled by the pharmacy staff. My advice is if you have to use a CVS, pharmacy go to one of their other locations. If you use the Walkertown location be sure to check your medication before you leave the pharmacy.

She has all the employees doing her job while she plays on the phone and doesn't care there are customers waiting 15 minutes to pick up their meds. I had to walk out without the meds.This is the 2nd time with this same Pharmacist and staff 1st time I wait over 12 minutes for help. I guess I will be moving all my med to Walgreens. Because if this is the way this Pharmacist cares then how can I trust the meds I am getting that she filled.Seems If Jeremy isn't working the store goes to hell and service stinks. Jordan informed me it would be over $200 because my Aetna Ins did not cover it. I explained that I actually have Cigna and hold up my Inc. card. Jordan says they are the same! I questioned because I was just there a couple months prior, and it was free? Jordan blurts out YOU need to call your insurance; that's between you and them! After a quick call to my insurance provider, I get the YES, its covered. I return to the pharmacy to "try" and get my shot. Jordan simply stated that she was relying on the information in my profile yet never took the time to verify my card or my ID. However, I repeatedly told her I had Cigna! This level of carelessness is unacceptable. If Jordan cannot take a simple step to verify insurance or verify the person. I am concerned about ability to accurately fill prescriptions that puts people's safety at risk.

No management showed up to help direct. And no additional registers were opened. The second being the online I placed, where one of the items was unavailable. I had opted in for text alerts...no alert came for the missing item. No email. No call. No warning. I showed up to the store expecting my items, only to be told "I don't know why everyone is ordering these we've been out for days". Between trash tier management, a subpar at best website, and atrocious customer service....this company has lost my money entirely. I hope to see you go under like Lowes did.
