Long hold times in excess of an hour. Stated they would call my prescribing doctor for a refill. Delivery never sent.

Customer service is always on point when I stop here. I order photos a lot and they are always ready on time. The store is clean and well kept. I tend to buy essentials and photos from this location. read more

Waiting over 30 minutes in the drive throug is beyond ridiculous. Especially for them to claim they never got a request for one of prescriptions and then the other one I get I'm supposed to get a 3 month supply and they only have one and it's the generic brand. This pharmacy is horrible. They disregard the hours of operation and close whenever they like. I stayed in line for over 30 min while they did not help anyone only to have them close the blinds at 9pm while they had over 4 cars of customers waiting to be helped. They very well knew that people were waiting to be helped. Very disappointed at the level of customer service that they provide. When you are able to talk to an associate they usually have an attitude and just are overall not pleasant to deal with. I think it's past time to find a new pharmacy. read more

Wish I would of saw these 2 stars before going to this worst pharmacy ever can't even get the manager on the phone called for an hr keep putting on hold for 20 minutes no answer went to Dr 9 am on 11/20/24 blood pressure medication that I am out of went to this pharmacy at 6 pm and was told they have not even got to it yet would have to wait a couple days really now I have to go back to Dr office ago in morning and get a new prescription sent to a pharmacy that will fill prescrption blood pressure the holeDO NOT go to this pharmacy you will have to wait days for your prescription you have been warned I have informed my family in case I have a stroke or heart attack so that they can sue. Terrible really could not even get talk to anyon. I do not know who changed the system to computer for prescription now this pharmacy anyway does not think your medication is important , if I do die hopefully my family will get Walgreens shut down I have contacted my congressman and senators thmedical care in United States needs to be dismant and a real health system in place that's makes it better for the patient not the corporations if you talk to anyone on the st they will tell u the same. Had a pricing issue. Was successfully resolved several transactions later. Item rang up $5 more than the label (which I carefully read). I went back to the aisle, took photos of the item and the price label and showed to the cashier. I was refunded, but only for the price that was $5 less. On a third transaction I was given back the $5.30 I had overpaid. The cashier was patient and handled the situation well, It just took a long time (not too smooth). read more

We just came in to do couponing today with my sisters, and my sister checking all the products but she accidentally go in to the register without even knowing that she's about to go to register. And my other sister call her to tell that she can't go in and this manager starter to rant at us and telling us that you can't do that your not supposed to be there. Which is we understand and we say sorry cause we don't really mean to do that or what so ever I just don't like the way she said that and the way she rolled her eyes on us. And then we start checking out and their register start to acting so we've been waiting for atleast 15 minutes for them to fix it but the manager keep helping other customers that just came in to the store. And we asked the other associate that helping what's the manager name and she said she don't know cause she just new. We went to drop off our prescription at 4:30pm through the drive-thru. It took a while because of the line of cars, but that was expected for the drive-thru. When we gave our script to the pharmacy technician, he said that it will be ready after 6pm. We went back around 7:30pm and went into the pharmacy to pick up our script. They did not fill the script because they misplaced it! Another pharmacy technician found the script and told us to wait 10 minutes for it, which we did. After 10 minutes, we had to go ask for it again before they finally got it ready. THEY DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. Never coming back here and would not recommend this pharmacy to others. The pharmacy has long lines, there is a 2 hour wait, at least, to fill an RX.i called to check on my prescription that I was told would be ready by 11 and the lady hung up on me. They need to re-evaluate how they are running this pharmacy and change it. The staff is stressed out. I feel sorry for them but it's no excuse to hang up on someone. I'd use rite aid across from them until they fix things here. Rite aid has good customer service and much shorter wait times. I like Walgreens STORE better than Rite Aid so I keep trying their pharmacy! No more. read more

Went to the drive thru for a simple prescription pick-up which was ready. Fourth car in line (around 10:45AM) and it took nearly 30 minutes to get alongside the window receive my prescription. Very, very slow. I normally go to a Walgreen's close by my home, however, I had to use this one since they had the medicine I required. When I mentioned to the person at the window why the "long wait?" She would not say a word about the wait, or even an apology. I will never use this Walgreen's again. Avoid it like the plague. They certainly cannot pride themselves on prompt courteous service, that's for sure. read more

Wow what a shame to see this awesome very helpful staffed location down to just a few stars. I had a very pleasant visit like normal today. I needed help finding a BB cream and a concealer that would be good for my acne prone chin. I have struggled with ance for years and at 30 years old I had cleared up...minus my chin. So I decided to see if they knew what would help me. The young blonde white lady that works at the beauty counter was very nice and had patience for my novice makeup questions. I'd never worn makeup other than mascara and lipstick/lipstain but she understood and still never made me feel like I wasn't important enough to assist. Yes I have had bad customer service experiences at this and other locations hence only giving them four stars. read more

Stopped by the pharmacy for a flu shot today. Had a very pleasant experience. No issues at all and they weren't busy so I was in and out.

Shitty people! More of like a manager. Who the hell has a restroom policy that closes at midnight for a freaking 24hrs store????? If someone is a customer and is in serious need of the restroom, you won't let them in because of store policies??? Who does that crap. I will never go back to this place !! read more

Was very disappointed in the customer service a manager in training offered to me and my family. Instead of explaining the sale quantity guidelines of the product and what could be purchased on sale, she raised her voice and was very rude! She treated us as if we were stupid and beneath her. Last time I checked I was the customer choosing to spend my money at that store. We had prescriptions we were waiting to pick up also so we decided not to check out at the front. We proceeded to the pharmacy to see if our RX was ready and check out there. We explained to the cashier the issues we had and that we were trying to figure out what the sale guidelines were since the other woman was so rude and wouldn't answer our questions. As the pharmacy tech was getting our RX's together (which we spend over $250 per month in RX's there) the manager in training appears behind us and starts yelling at my husband. We chose not to engage in unethical banter with a very unprofessional person and also because we did not know how she would treat the pharmacy staff that had always been very nice every time we have picked up our prescriptions. We will not shop in that locations store until that employee is gone. We pick up our prescriptions through the drive through only. It is a shame how one unprofessional negative employee can cost the store area up to $400 in sales because of her negative improper use of authority she thinks she has. I hope she finds direction and help for the obvious anger she has towards people especially of a different ethnicity than herself. read more

I used another Walmart but had to move and now use this one. There is a big difference. They are awful. They keep getting my prescriptions mixed up and say they will contact the doctor but never do. I have to contact the doctor myself. When I call them they act impatient and sometimes are downright nasty to me. read more
