This is my local Walgreens less than a mile from my house so of course you know I'm in this place five times a week as I'm a couponer. The staff at Walgreens are both ways. The ladies that work there are very helpful and patient and will void my order and re-ring it whenever my coupons are not working or something is not right and they're always patient and kind the man that works there with the ponytail. He's just dry and blunt. He does not go out of his way for anything extra. He just does what he does so if you expect a smile in an extra step or Helping hand from him, you're not gonna get it. There's only one pull up mobile order parking spot. I think they need to get some more signs over there because there's only one and it's right in the handicap spot inventory is always scare us over here not from theft, but because of so many people that frequent this location that they need to re-order more and more often management needs to know. The beauty counter coupons that come out weekly paper coupon deals were still packed away in the box, I don't know who the Beauty counter manager is, but there should be out and available to all the customers so we can score some deals. You know that that's what they're for not leave them unpacked up until they expire. i come to walgreens a lot. i buy toiletries, snacks, cards, wine, etc. i came in today at 8:30pm, grabbed a case of wine, and continued to shop around. the cashier proceeded to tell me that they don't do alcohols sells after 8pm. this is strange. i have bought alcohol past 8pm at MANY walgreens locations, even in 2026. the worker who told me is the same guy who always EXTREMELY rude and was rude this time around too. idk what the hell is wrong with this location but something is wrong with that cashier. he's rude everytime. read more

I just had a reminder why I don't ever come to this Walgreens. Had to leave and to go to CVS after the bell for "assistance" rang for over 10 times and not one supervisor showed up. All I needed was my allergy medicine they are incapable to do that. Don ware your time people. read more

I wish there was an option to select zero stars. This evening I went to pick up prescriptions for my husband and I. When I arrived the line for the drive through was about 7 cars deep- so instead I went inside because I knew better than to waste my time in that line. Inside there was just two people in line and when it was my turn I was told that our prescriptions were not ready (they had been called in around 1 pm and it was currently 7pm). However, I opted to wait in the store for them -- by the time they were finally ready (my name was called over the speaker in the store) I was told to get in the back of the now 10 person line to get them... absolutely ridiculous. All of this was happening with my fussy 4 month old in my hands. The people in the line were so incredibly nice and let my go in front of all of them -- but the pharmacy staff-- I can't say anything positive here. I couldn't believe how they treated me! I would not recommend sending your prescriptions here-- seriously.. choose anywhere else! read more

We have been customers of Walgreens for many years. I just called them, was on hold for 26 minutes and then the recording said they could not help us and call back later. They had filed a claim for something we no longer take when we were out of the country. We have waited in line at their stores for 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions We finally moved everything to Costco. They have better service and is less expensive. Goodbye Walgreens!!! read more

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible! Spent 2 hours waiting in the parking lot for post surgery! Told it would take 15 to 20 minutes. Did that twice! Still had to go in to get them! Spent 4 days to get ordered online prescriptions, going every day and told to come back tomorrow! I'm so done! Unprofessional staff in pharmacy! Asked to have meds delivered told two days to do that. Horrible pharmacy experience, was told to come back at 10 PM. They close at 10 PM. Knowing this I showed up a little earlier than 10 and was told I'd have to come back the next morning for my prescriptions. Why would you tell me to come at a time you know you close just to later tell me a different time, let alone a different day, entirely? If you don't want to do your job then take your pharmacy down; It's not fair your incompetence should affect my time and money. An absolute joke of a pharmacy. Avoid at all costs. read more

I always prepare to spend at least 10 minutes at the pharmacy when picking up prescriptions. I spent almost 30 minutes waiting to pick up. I even did the express pass and prepaid to make the process a bit quicker and easier. Seems like the Express lane is always open to everyone which makes things take even longer. When I finally get to the window, the pharmacy tech was rude and dismissive when I showed her the QR code to scan. Don't go here, pick any other Walgreens. read more

If you like not having your prescriptions filled then this is the perfect pharmacy. I've had issues with them probably 70% of the time. Thankfully there's a CVS across the street. Might check them out and hopefully they do better. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in America! They constantly say your prescription is ready and then when I drive completely out of the way to get meds that I need they say it was never filled. After waiting in the line for 30 min. The lady got an attitude with me because I finally stood up for myself and said no I'm not driving back around to wait in line for it to get ready I was told it was. I'm now going out of town because I didn't have time to wait without my medicine and now I'm going to be sick from having to skip days while on vacation. So not only am I going to be sick and I waisted my entire evening going over there and waiting on nothing I then got an attitude in return. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer experience at checkout with Naiyha! Buyer Beware if she's there, totally rude! Go to a different location unless you want to risk dealing with her. She should be on medication. Went in there to buy some things. She never said a word, hi, how are you, did you find everything alright, do you want to redeem your points, nothing; which is fine, BUT then as I'm leaving slams the basket down on the counter and says put that back! Not could you put that back please or would you put that back BUT put that back! Theres no line of people, theres no baskets piling up. She's being lazy as usual, buried in her phone, being no help to paying customers. She did such a horrible job sacking my things that I couldn't do it even I wanted to. She couldn't even double bag my things and the sacks were breaking as I got to the car. Last time I asked her if she could double back the sacks please so they don't break, and she starts grunting and groaning like a wounded animal! My hands are full buying the things you poorly sacked and you're gonna say put that basket back! And in a demanding tone!? Then start arguing about it?! You didn't say a sentence the whole transaction and now you are rudely talking back! Saying put the basket back and arguing about it on the way out. You don't talk to anyone like that let alone a paying customer who has said nothing to you the whole transaction and she hasn't said a complete sentence either. Good. Just give me my stuff so I can get away from you. BUT instead now you want to start talking, talking back and being a total you know what. Every time I've checked out with her it's been an unpleasant experience but this needs to be addressed. I'm not going to spend my hard earned money at that location so she can get paid to act like that. I've spent $$$$ thousands of dollars at that location and shopped there for years and all the other employees have been friendly or at least acceptable but this girl doesn't need to be working there and certainly not with customers on the register. If you're going to have her there, at least put her in the back of the store doing freight, away from customers who don't have to deal with her rudeness and incompetence. Had a spinal tap today. They had my prescription for over an hour before I got there and told me they didn't have that medication and I needed to call my doctor myself to tell them that. My doctor sent a new prescription. We're waiting in a line of about 12 cars because the lobby is closed and as soon I get up the window she closes it on my face at 7 pm. Lazy pieces of garbage in the pharmacy and they clearly need new management. read more

I loathe this Walgreens Pharmacy. If I could give less than a star, I would. The store itself is fine. I have only had issues with the pharmacy. It is run by a bunch of people who do not seem to enjoy working there and do not seem to care about the length of time you stand waiting in line to drop off/ pick-up/ ask a question. Problem #1: - On the past 4 occasions I have used this pharmacy, I had to wait in line for an average of 15 minutes simply to drop off a prescription and no one behind the counter moved with any sort of urgency to help me or the people in front of me. I waited in line for 30 minutes on my last visit and it will be my last visit. Problem #2: They are disorganized and take forever to fill a Rx BUT they will file the claim with your insurance before they fill the Rx (perhaps this is standard, but if you are going to wait in the store for your Rx, you should just settle in for a good 30-45 minute wait). Because they have already filed with your insurance, it is virtually impossible to transfer it anywhere else. Problem #3: Getting someone on the phone in the pharmacy is about as likely as a snowball surviving in Hell. Problem #4: They are careless. Case in point, recently, I received notification from my insurance company that a Rx had been filled for me. As I had not been prescribed that particular medication, I did some digging. Turns out, Walgreens filed a Rx under my insurance for a family member with a completely different first name and insurance company. I'm sure there are HIPAA implications here, if there aren't blatant violations. Upon figuring this out, I called the pharmacy (as I had no interest in waiting in line for 30 minutes to discuss this), but because no one answers the phone, I had to leave a message. Surprisingly, I was called back within 2 hours. I informed them that a mistake had been made and that this medication was not mine. The woman who called me was very short and rude with me. Unlike this review, I was nice and understanding. I told her, that is not my doctor or my prescription. Then she told me, "it looks like there was reason to file under your insurance." I further indicated the Rx was not for me, nor was it from a doctor I am/ have treated with. I then informed her that I figured out a family member treats with that doctor. She made a very big deal of this and said there should have been a note in the file. She was accusatory and basically acted like it was my fault for not telling them I had family living in this city. I found the actual act careless, but it was her tone that made me decide to write about this location. The pharmacy is supposed to verify identity. It is not my job (or anyone in my family) to remind the person at the pharmacy I have a family and not to file under their insurance. It is certainly not my responsibility to list off every member of my family that I am not. It is commonsense and federal law not to disclose personally identifiable information and medical information about a patient/ recipient of a Rx. This is not good business. In the end, I had to contact my insurance company and formally protest the Rx and Walgreens is supposedly taking care of it. I have not heard from them at all in the 2 weeks that have passed since this incident occurred. read more

Friendly staff, just understaffed it seemed like. I can be impatient, but 15 to 20 minutes each time in the drive-through is annoying. Maybe if they had more than one worker five cars wouldn't all be sitting in line waiting. read more

I love this Walgreens! The store is always clean and well stocked. They have very friendly employees and a good photo department. They also have a pharmacy. They always have a big "seasonal" section with decorations and candy for the current holiday. read more

Pharmacy is terrible, I wouldn't even it rate it a single star!! Waited an hour and a half for prescriptions and were told they were almost done at an hour, waited an extra 30 mins and the guy literally saw us coming and dashed out of the window view and into the store like he was busy doing something, had to press the call button and still took about 5mins before a different guy came to the window, we asked for our doctors notes back to go somewhere else and he literally came back with the notes like nothing, I said "really an hour and a half and they're not started?!" He said well 2 of them have been typed up and ready to send......(there was a total of three btw) so here we are after wasting this much time waiting around in a state we are not even from for my dads surgery prescription before driving back, we are now at a CVS! Waiting some more! And didn't even get an apology from anyone at Walgreens, just a stupid smirk! read more
