Worst pharmacy ever! Long lines, getting a hold of anyone on the phone is impossible, never have the drugs needed in stock.

If I could give zero stars I would have. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through line for a covid test. Only two cars in front of me.

After a refreshing session at Embers & Ice this weekend, I heard about Lufka when we asked the…read moreinstructor what oil they were using in the sauna. I've been hearing that name circling lately in conversations, so my friend and I took the opportunity to immediately go check it out. It's located in Seminole Heights around some of my other favorite small businesses. Parking was easy on the street, but they also have a lot behind the store. The shop was clean and airy and inviting, and I was shocked by how many great products they sold. I love that they are zero waste and you can bring in your own containers. I'll be sure to check out their detergent, soaps and shampoo bar once I've used up my current products. I did pick up a clay face mask that I can't wait to try. It was a little bit on the pricier side at $25, but I liked the simple ingredients and wanted to support this great store concept. Also, they had a really cute area with their oils where you can make your own perfume ($29.99) or fill your own car freshener vials. I'll definitely be bringing friends back to do that together. I love this concept and their associate at the register was super friendly and helpful even throughout my many excited questions. What a great experience!

The shop is super open, calming, and beautifully organized, and it immediately gave off the kind of vibe that makes you want to slow down and look at everything. They had such a wide range of products like body wash, natural toothpaste, face masks, candles, handmade soaps, and more. Everything is either refillable or handmade, and the ingredients were super clean, which I really appreciate. You can tell a lot of thought goes into what they stock. It didn't feel like just another store; it felt like someone's passion project. When we went to check out, the person at the counter (I think he was the owner) was so genuinely warm and welcoming. He asked if it was our first time in and took the time to walk us through how the store works and what they're all about. No pressure, no upselling, just someone who really cares about what he's doing and wants you to feel comfortable. It honestly made the experience even better, and I left feeling like I wanted to tell everyone about it. If you're in the area, even if you don't need anything, go check it out. Places like this deserve support not just for the amazing products, but for the people behind them.

I was told to take antihistamines to see if it was an allergic reaction and it didn't work. Then I was told by Dr. Castellano that it wasn't the filler causing this reaction and that I would have to seek another provider because there was nothing his office could do. I found a PA who specialized in fillers and she was able to dissolve the lumps with hyaluronidase. She stated that it was a common issue with fillers that are injected incorrectly or excessively and don't dissolve. Dr. Castellano didn't put much care into my concerns when it was just a simple fix! When I emailed his office about the simple fix, he never responded.

However, I would have rather paid for the consultation and feel actually seen and heard rather than receive the free experience I had here. They were over 45 minutes late to getting me in for my appointment, that I have had for months, with no apology or update from the office staff. I asked for an update on when they'd be able to get me in and I got an "I don't know, hopefully soon." I understand being late. I don't understand acting like I'm not even there. After mentioning that I had been waiting for a long time and was planning on leaving in the next 5 mins, they were suddenly able to get me in to see Dr. Castellano, who was very nice, but talked with me for approx. 4 minutes. I have no issue with this as I know he was probably swamped and I understand the value of a doctors time. However, I never met with the surgical coordinator and I did not get pricing at all or see any mock ups for the potential rhinoplasty. They said that I wasn't able to meet the coordinator because I had to leave and I could if I waited longer. At this point it was already an hour and 15 mins after my appt time. I left because I wasn't planning on living the rest of my life in that office. It was a complete waste of time and energy. I think patient experience should be at the forefront of the office's mind especially for elective plastic surgery. Y'all gotta sell it but instead I felt dismissed and that I was inconveniencing THEM by being there.
