I didn't notice many service personnel walking around during my trip in order to gauge customer service. Once ready to checkout, midweek early afternoon afforded us no long lines and therefore no wait time. Our cashier seemed a bit disengaged, so we managed to make her smile and laugh a little before we headed on to our next destination. Clean, inexpensive and no drama to go viral. I've been able to get solid advice from both the pharmacist and staff for my prescriptions. If you are a USF Physicians Group patient, this is a no-brainier - your Dr sends the RX script right downstairs from your visit. If your Dr is else-ware, they're still very accessible in north Tampa. During the COVID situation they gladly shipped my RX to my home at no-cost which was greatly appreciated!

Going in/out their front door you're likely to encounter any number of homeless people asking for money, sometimes to an uncomfortable level of aggression. They do have a drive-thru pharmacy but honestly with the other issues, and that being on the back side of the building, I would not be any more comfortable doing that. Only reason I go here anymore, which is worth mentioning, is they have a FedEx pickup and drop location on site, so it is convenient to get a package dropped off late in the day with confirmation of receipt.
