Poor experience getting checked for COVID/FLU. After filling out everything online and being told I qualify for free testing, I get told "government stopped paying for it, so our code doesn't work anymore" when checked in. I explained that's fine, I'll pay but I want the store number and complaint # so I can file a formal complaint as well as speak to her manager after I pay. A few moments later, the code was "tried" and still worked. Idk why that would not have been tried first, before spreading misinformation. I got told I tested negative, but I'm sneezing and sniffling as are others here and there's no wet wipes or Kleenex or anything. Bathrooms have the automatic air dryers but no paper in there either. Their health corner glass door is shattered so they're using side rooms to conduct their testing. Go somewhere else. This place does not seem to be putting in any effort. read more

Your company is negligent. Downright negligent. I guess I am supposed to skip a refill for my Quetiapine 200 mg. I last picked it up on 2-28-2025, but it cannot be refilled till 4-22-2025, according to the chat representative. I am going to be without my Quetiapine. Quetiapine. I guess I get to take a month's break from it? I have to contact you people literally every month. I have proof from your customer service online chat person of this. I was gonna post the screenshots from the customer representative on the online chat. I contact you people every, single month with errors like this. I am going to the BBB. 0 stars is what I'd rather give this location. They're so under staffed especially in the pharmacy area. It's hard getting help. Some of the employees come off rude and really lack the basics of the store. There's always someone outside begging or panhandling and it really drives people away. Things have gotten bad over the years that they have to have security guards at the entrance. I don't feel comfortable stepping foot in this store at all. If it wasn't for an error with my husband medications being sent to this location by mistake I never would've went there. read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience, every single time Iam unfortunate enough to walk through the door of this disgrace of a pharmacy. Incompetent staff, uncleanly environment, awful customer service. ILLEGAL activities going on behind the pharmacy counter. I have been told on three separate occasions over the last 8 days that my medication is ready for pickup. Only to be given a poor excuse as to why it wasn't filled, and why they'll have to order more before my prescription can be filled. Someone's either stealing meds behind the counter, or it's being misplaced/ erroneously issued to the wrong customer. Either way Walgreens corporate and the FL board of pharmacy needs to launch an investigation on this awful place and their equally awful employees. read more

The pharmacy is ALWAYS swamped! I have been in drive-thru line for 30 minutes. Inside there are usually 12 people in line at pharmacy. It is grossly understaffed compared to other Walgreens in Tampa. read more

This is a great Walgreens and clean. You must wear a face mask when entering. To make everyone safe, it's a security guard in the store as well. The store is super clean, nice employees and if you need assistance they will help. The pharmacy is also helpful when picking up prescriptions or need assistance with vitamins and etc. If I'm on this end of Tampa, I will visit again. read more

If I could give 1/2 star I would because I see that they are short staffed. I had an appointment for a flu and a COVID vaccine at 6:30 pm. I am waiting and it is 7:15 pm. I had filled out the vaccine questionnaire online and I was made to fill out two again. I came here because the appointment fit into my schedule. Even though this store is the closest to my home, I go to another store further away because the staffing here is insufficient and slow. The only saving Grace is that the staff is friendly but clearly overwhelmed. read more

The most INCOMPETENT pharmacists I've ever dealt with! My medications were sent to this Walgreens on Friday early afternoon and were supposed to be ready that same day, late afternoon. I stopped by after work, waited 40 minutes in line (with only 4 people ahead of me), and then they told me they had no idea why my meds weren't ready and asked if I could come back the next day. This was at 7:45 PM. They couldn't give me any explanation for the delay, even though they were supposed to be ready. I live 30 minutes away but stopped at this location because it's closer to my work. Came back the next day (Saturday) and guess what? STILL NOT READY. Once again, I was told to come back tomorrow. Instead of wasting my time driving back, I called Sunday morning and they said they'd "start getting it ready now." Unbelievable. I've never encountered such awful customer service and outright incompetence in my life. I would NEVER recommend getting your medications here if you want them done when promised. The service is HORRENDOUS, and if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. read more

"Jordan" (pharmacy) was impatient, condescending and rude. i eventually got the info i wanted and thanked him by name. he flatly hung up without a "thanks for being a customer, have a nice day, or goodbye." i called back for the mgr, briefly explained why i had first called. not available to listen, he erroneously assumed i wanted the pharmacy and transferred me without a word. it was the same rudeness as before. customer service unacceptable. i'm not transferring here. read more

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE!! Takes forever to get an RX filled. They don't answer the phone and if they do, you're on hold for an hour listening to horrible Rap Music. They used to have really good, efficient and professional customer service. It's sad that has gone away. read more

Not sure what's up with this pharmacy but I've had prescriptions sent here multiple times and half the time they don't have them, they take days to fill, and most recently when I called they told me I had never picked up there and had no record of me on file. This place is terrible. 2 days before Christmas I'm trying to get pictures printed out at 8:30pm. 4 pictures. Four 4x6 pictures and I ask how long it's going to be and you would have thought I asked how the pendulum clock swings. Some guy named Juan who apparently hates his job and and world told me they don't typically do pictures "this late" and said he would see what he could do. So I leave and come back in an hour thinking "how long could it take to print 4 pictures?" When I get there, he tells me they can't make 4x6 pictures. When I asked why he couldn't have told me that an hour ago, he told me to use Google for my pictures and stormed away. I asked him if I could speak to a manager or someone else and he told me to call 1800walgreens tomorrow. So I ask the cashier to speak with a manager and she goes "he was a manager." Like hell he was. Get me another one please. So some other lady comes sauntering up asking me what my problem is and I tell her, and ask...don't you think not being able to print out the most standard size picture ever would be pertinent information to tell someone when they are printing out pictures....and I ask for the guys name......because you know now I'm totally calling 1800walgreens TONIGHT. She acted like she couldn't remember his name. So I'm just going to tell their corporate office that the super lazy condescending asshole with longish brown hair that has watched too many tik tok videos is the rudest person ever.... read more

I went to this Walgreens on my way home from work to visit their Take Care Clinic after a 12 day long cold. Given it's location- I didn't have high expectations.... but, it was the closest place I had the hope of getting an antibiotic. Boy was I wrong- when you walk in, it's clear it's been recently remodeled. There are 2 aisles of frozen and fresh foods. The pharmacy/take care clinic area is super clean and modern. You sign in on a touch screen computer, and then watch your name on the wait list- so you know when it's close. There was no wait while I was there, so I was taken right back. The nurse practitioner was very sweet and thorough. I had a sinus infection (as suspected), and she prescribed me an antibiotic. I was surprised when she asked me where I wanted it filled (wouldn't they make you fill it there for business?)...and when she gave me several print outs, explaining in detail which medications I should continue using and which ones to stop and why. The pharmacy had a wait screen as well, so I shopped around until I saw the "now ready" indication next to my name. All in all a very quick and pleasant experience. I will definitely return to this take care clinic! read more

I always hit up the Clinic inside for quick visits when my regular physician cannot fit me in. They take most insurances and will fill any prescriptions from the visit in a snap. Wait time is about 20 minutes per patient, and screens display how many are ahead of you, so you can kind of see how long you'll be waiting. read more

Recently redone and really nice. This location almost looks like a grocery store. The woman who works the front counter in the mornings is really nice and takes pride in knowing her customers. I believe that this is the only 24 hour market in this area so it is super convenient too! read more

Renovated! Store looks great. While I waited on my prescription I was able to pick up a couple grocery items that I needed as well. There was plenty of staff walking around if I had questions and they were all very friendly. read more
