The second time I went, there was only one lady working and she had a line at the register. We stood in line because we needed help with the picture machine. Once we got up to the counter, she said she had to wait on the people in line first and then she'd get to us. After about a dozen more people and still no help from her, we stood in line and I really wasn't going to be put off anymore. She did then help us and then apologized for not getting to us sooner. Should have been 60. But there was 1 refill. I thought I was good...when I called to have it refilled they would not honor the refill. Strange..left a message with the pharmacy and they called me back about a hour later and I asked her about the refill and she said that the refill is not valid.. I asked please explain my bottle says I have a valid refill before 3/20/2027. She told me that it's illegal to have a refill for narcotics (that makes sense) and then said your Dr should have never of done that, that's illegal and she can get in trouble. She said I will need to call the DR and have them write a new Prescription. So I did, and it was on Good Friday(holiday) so the Dr office was closed, but they had a nurse come in only to answer calls, left a message and she called me right back I explained it, and she said I have the script here and it's written out for 60 pills take one twice a day. She asked if the pharmacy told me anything like they were out of stock and I said no they said nothing to me no communication. She also said it probably will not happen until Monday. Monday I didn't hear anything allday so I called the Dr around 3pm. They sent another script to cvs. cvs sent me a message saying it's to early to fill. I went to the pharmacy (side note I was on my way to ER for Covid symptoms for over a week-test positive for COVID) I asked the pharmacist what is wrong with my medication? The story I got from them is that they made a error entering information he said they marked it as.30 day supply but reality it was 30 pills that will only last 15days. Got that fixed correctly and then he asks me are you out Justin? Really? Yes I'm out I take them as prescribed I was out all weekend And went without, luckily I do not depend on them for a healthy lifestyle but they do help. I know now I can't depend on CVS. They took drastic measures if the pharmacist took it upon herself to change my medication from 60/day supply to 30/day added a refill (which is illegal). No communication from them but they wanted to jump quick on blaming my DR. CVS is the one that illegally put a refill on my prescription and blamed it on my DR Not acceptable. Do better
