In reconciling my cred card acct i noticed i had not rec'd a credit for an item I had returned 2 months earlier. Unfortunately i also found that i no longer had the receipt for this credit. Armed only with my original purchase receipt, I inquired at customer service if a credit could be traced. I didn't believe i would have any luck without having the paper credit, but felt obliged to ask. i was very pleasantly surprised to receive complete cooperation with cust service calling Renae in accounting who immediately came up, said she would investigate right away (even though i offered her several days to investigate), and within minutes came back (with Jackie ) with my reprinted credit, documentation that i had rec'd the credit in cash (solving why i had not rec'd credit to my card), and even a printed picture of my wife rec'g the cash 2 months earlier. Thank you, Renea and Jackie for your friendly and quick resolution to my concern, and to Walmart for having the efficient system to resolve these sorts of issues.

The lady became quite agitated when I asked her to obtain my discount. She said that she was not authorized to do so. My wife (employee) called her and straightened it out. I returned to the store and the same cashier slammed the product on the counter and said that she would have worked with me! I let her speak, got my deserved discount and left the store. I don't expect to be pounced on by an obviously undertrained 20 year old! She was belligerent and rude. Customers should not have associates getting rude and abusive to them.

The main pharmacists and others since have invariably been attentive and helped above and beyond the general care and caring. It has grown since the 22 years when I began as a customer. In all that time I have received exceptional attention. Once, recently, a single prescription was not delivered on time and when I called to find out what the happened the response was surprise with immediate remedying of the situation and bountiful apologies. Only once in 22 years and yet here on Yelp I read two negative reviews. Hard to figure out how that could have happened. Then month after month there were struggles to get simple things completed. I have waited over a month for refills with no movement, last week my husband followed up on these scripts and was told they weren't filling them since I already had a refill. I have new insurance and these aren't controlled substances so my husband reiterated to fill it now. Today after my husband received a refill and I spoke to the driver asking where mine was. I called the pharmacy and was transferred twice on my lunch break. I gave up and am finding a new pharmacy for myself and my family because they have proven once too many times by delaying scripts and writing the wrong scripts on pill packs they can't be trusted. Our health is at stake with these people.
