He's incredibly knowledgeable, but also down-to-earth and kind, which made the whole experience feel less intimidating. As their name suggests, they are a group of physicians who make house calls and it is wonderful, especially when you are really sick. I have a terrible immune system, so the very last thing I want to do every month when I need to see my family doctor is go to my family doctor's office and expose myself to every single germ in their office, especially during flu season. My family doctor comes to my house where I don't need to think about extra germs. Recently I was really sick and needed extra care, including chest x-rays and everything I needed came to me. VPA made it happen. I had a chest x-ray while sitting on my sofa in my living room. With my old family physician, I would have needed to bundle up, have my husband take time off work, go to the hospital and expose myself to more germs while taking time away from resting. VPA is not the doctor for everyone, obviously, but for those special patients who do need that extra care, there is nothing like seeing that little white car pull up in your driveway.

The reason I purchased a yearly supply was because of the $400 rebate from acuvue Kat informed me of. Saying it was a pretty incredible rebate. $400 rebate? Why wouldn't I purchase the year supply? Kat (along with another employee) told me all I had to do was go to the acuvue website follow the reward instructions and make sure I input a NEW email address. I did that. It did not give me a $400 rebate only a $100 rebate. Kat left me a voicemail saying "Jenny we talked about this, you must've forgotten, make sure you're using a work email or different email." I don't even have a work email because I'm a stay-at-home mom (hence why the $300 loss is a hard one.) I called kat back to inform her it's not an email address I needed, then they gave me two codes to input on the acuvue rewards website. I submitted all the necessary info. Still, a $100 rebate. Even if you use a new email- acuvue still has your information. You make a new profile with a new email address, you still have to input your first name and your last name your mailing address and your date of birth, using a new email doesn't do anything. So instead of getting the $400 rebate I was assured of receiving multiple times. I lost $300 and am only receiving $100. Not a single employee ever knows what's going on there and will steer you in any direction to get your money. Go elsewhere, learn from my loss!
