I later called pharmacy A to see if the prescription was ready and I was told that the prescription was for a compounded cream. I asked if they knew of a pharmacy that could fill a prescription for a compound cream and they immediately said, "Twin Valley." I called Twin Valley and they did have the items in stock to create the compounded cream. They even stated that they could mix a small batch and order a different base so that the cream would have a longer shelf life. Even though they are small, they still have a drive through.

My dad will go in there and ask a million questions and because he is 50 they don't give him trouble. When I go in being a younger adult I get treated like this. That is just ageism, plain and simple. When I called to ask to speak to a manager I was told they wouldn't direct me one and when I quoted something the lady said to me she laughed at me and then started denying ever. I asked multiple times to speak with someone different since I had just dealt with her personally and she wouldn't do it. I also asked for her name and got hung up on. If you value being treated with respect and dignity then I would highly suggest going anywhere else.
