5 stars for beer selection. 5 stars for hours since they…read moretold me that they were open to 2am on the Saturday that I stopped in. 5 stars for friendly service. I am from the Chicago area and I thought prices were a little expensive so I probably wouldn't shop here for a party (despite the name) but it is a cool little place for personal consumption. I liked and think it is worth checking out Drake "Intimate" Party Centre!

This is the PARTY place to get all your libation needs and a must stop if you are from out of town…read more The have Beer Advocate points posted by beers that have scored close to 100, so do give those a try if you haven't already or need to stock up. There are always a ton of Michigan beers, ciders, meads, wines, and even some much saught after spirts too. Almost all of the beers are sold as singles so if you are looking to try everything, much like I do, you will not be disappointed. Also, of you are into 40 oz. beers expect a wide variety that you don't see in very may other states and counties. Grab Mickey's Ice or Olde English Black Label for old times. If you are looking to splurge they do have two huge walls lined with Cognacs, tequilas, rums, Scotches, and Bourbons that can set you back $40 to $400 a bottle. Too bad the new owner got rid of the "Wall-O-Shame," where local thieves and people with fame IDs had their pictures up with funny commentary.

With the lack of good pizza options in the area, I found this place on Apple Maps and thought I'd…read moregive it a try. It is, in fact, a tiny "general store" that is inconspicuous and easily missed. It sits right on a two-lane coastal "highway," barely 1/4 mile from Lake Michigan, but would just as likely be found in some backwater Alabama swamp (not an insult, just an ambience). They have a small deli in the back and the young unassuming young guy making pizzas and other baked goods. He seemed nice, albeit so what suspicious. There was also a quintessential old farmer-type playing lottery scratch-offs by scratching off the barcode without actually playing the game on the front, then communicating with the cashier woman on a first name basis (Sarah). What a weird experience. I'm always interested in the colorful characters these tiny little towns and their stores. The pizza? Some of the best I've found south of Holland. The sauce had a hint of sweetness, and the crust had a couple of semi burnt bubbles that added to the delicious crunch of the crust. The taste may not be worthy of a five, but certainly a Midwest tiny-town-in-the-middle-of-nowhere five, and certainly worth a visit for pizza, miscellaneous baked goods... or beer, wine, and lottery.

Practically had to beg to be waited on. Food was great but experience with staff was so very…read moredisappointing. And we were the only ones there at the time.

This place needs to be investigated. The pharmacy is not only terrible at what they do, they also…read moreare dirty and unsanitary. DO NOT GET YOUR VACCINE THERE!!!! I cannot say that enough. They're disturbingly unorganized and the little room they take you to get your vaccine has to be a health violation. I repeat, THEIR VACCINE ROOM IS SO DIRTY IT HAS TO BE A HEALTH VIOLATION. Someone needs to investigate this place because the tiny room they took me to to get my shot was covered in garbage. empty boxes, papers, random shit just all over and covered the floors. every surface in there was very dirty and I prescheduled my appointment so there was no excuse. Additionally, I prebooked my appointment and still had to wait over half an hour as the pharmacist took walk ups and sat around talking to one another until I finally said I would leave if they couldn't get it done asap and they told me that they double booked people and yet still weren't prepared to give either of us shots. I have never been so uncomfortable receiving anything medical as I was going to them for the shot. It was horrid. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I promise, any other store around will be cheaper, better, and more sanitary. But no matter what, do not trust that pharmacy to give you your shot. I am shocked they haven't caused any infections by now. This pharmacy is so bad, it needs to be shut down because they make someone seriously sick. Do not give them any business. We need to make sure they go under and get closed or else someone will get seriously I'll from going there. Walgreens, I know you're a dying business but either do better or just close your stores. I'd recommend doing it before your pharmacy kills a customer from dirty contaminated vaccines so you can avoid the major lawsuit that will follow.

You know what's fun? Flying from Maine to Michigan and realizing - only once you're boarding your…read morefirst flight, that is - that you don't have your phone charger. So at every airport along the way you look in those Best Buy automated kiosk vending machines and c-stores that carry everything from local kitsch to gum to magazines for a charger... but they don't carry the one you need because you were recently talked into buying a phone that has an ENTIRELY different port (USB-C) then most other phones. Enter Walgreens. There was a section of wall dedicated to just phone chargers; they even the one I needed (though, admittedly, it was vastly more expensive... I paid $24.99 and they have them on Amazon for $8.99; but, desperate times call for desperate measures, my friends and flying phoneless these days is just foolish). SIDE NOTE: I also talked myself into buying one of those Reese Pieces filled Reese Cups. Definitely not as good as the Inside Out Reese's which no one seems to remember, but me. The woman ringing me up was cheerful and quick. The store seemed cleaned and laid out like ever other Walgreen's I've ever been to. And there was plenty of parking. All around pleasant experience.
