Yes, gasoline is that much cheaper here that there are 1973 style queues.

All Costcos are good, mainly because the CEO isn't a greedy pig and the workers are paid pretty well so they generally like what they are doing. Costco is seriously better than the rest of the genre. And the prices, so good that the place is insanely busy. No better gasoline prices anywhere, enough savings to make it worth it to wait in line. Gasoline lines like 1973, only with a little less rancor because this is Western Michigan. No better prices on computers. No better prices on cat litter. That's all I really need, gasoline, cat litter, and a computer. That's all I need in this world. And this lamp. The ashtray, this paddle game, and the remote control, cat litter, gasoline, a computer, and the lamp, and that's all I need. Sorry, I'm being a jerk. This Costco, like all Costcos, is a good place to shop even if it is crowded and busy.

Stopped for gas while passing through the area and decided to make a real visit out of the stop by coming into the store to use the restrooms and then getting something to eat at their Food Court. We've tried a number of items at the Food Courts in other Costco locations and for something quick, tasty, low cost, and filling it's hard to beat the Costco 1/4lb Hot Dog and refillable Soft Drink for $1.50. We even may try the gas and Food Court strategy on our next cross country trip! Seriously!!

The most expensive meat section I've ever seen- that's a 50-buck tray of steaks there!

If it's bulk you're looking for, this is the place. So S, my niece, and my mother decided that today was going to be a day to get some shopping done- and why not take a ride up to the Costco to get some bulk stuff that we seem to go through like gangbusters? Stuff like batteries (my niece's toys eat these like candy), wet cat food (you go through this stuff quicker than you think) and more junk food (because fancy cheese plates just aren't game night things, yeah?). With a few caveats, this place has pretty much everything you could ever want or need. We walked in and at first, I was kind of overwhelmed- there is a lot of stuff here, and between the store and the website, there's not much you couldn't buy from Costco- you could even buy a car or central air for your house. Our first stop here, though, was to get a bite to eat. There's a small cafeteria and food window here- but they have really good pizza and really cheap food. Three giant pieces of pizza, two hot dogs and four drinks for ten bucks is a pretty amazing deal. Then the fun started- I found my first good deal with a four- pound container of Jelly Bellys for fourteen bucks- compared with ten bucks for two pounds at the Wal-Mart. Forty AA batteries for fifteen bucks, a giant box of wet cat food cans for twelve, a pallet full of Arnold Palmers for eight... this place is really a paradise if you're looking to stock up a lot of stuff. But there are a number of downsides- like the fact that you can't just go out and buy one or two things- if you want one or two containers of bleach wipes, you'll have to go ahead and buy a plastic-wrapped bulk set of them. I was maybe going to buy some steaks, to try the meat- but well... as seen in the picture, they don't carry single or double trays- if you want to try the meat, you'll end up buying a big load of it- like fifty dollars worth of steaks if you just want to try one. They do look like good steaks, though... The other big problem is that they don't carry every single size of clothes they have in-store. If you're big, tall, or (like me) big and tall, you'll have to order your things online. Also, if you have a specific brand, you might not get it here- all the wet kind of cat food they had we could find were just Fancy Feast and Friskies- if you're looking for 9-Lives, you might want to shop elsewhere. In the end, we were really happy with what we bought and the deals we got on it. I imagine the next time we're here, we'll have a battle plan as to what we want to buy...

I am from the Chicago area and I thought prices were a little expensive so I probably wouldn't shop here for a party (despite the name) but it is a cool little place for personal consumption. I liked and think it is worth checking out Drake "Intimate" Party Centre!

This is the PARTY place to get all your libation needs and a must stop if you are from out of town…read more The have Beer Advocate points posted by beers that have scored close to 100, so do give those a try if you haven't already or need to stock up. There are always a ton of Michigan beers, ciders, meads, wines, and even some much saught after spirts too. Almost all of the beers are sold as singles so if you are looking to try everything, much like I do, you will not be disappointed. Also, of you are into 40 oz. beers expect a wide variety that you don't see in very may other states and counties. Grab Mickey's Ice or Olde English Black Label for old times. If you are looking to splurge they do have two huge walls lined with Cognacs, tequilas, rums, Scotches, and Bourbons that can set you back $40 to $400 a bottle. Too bad the new owner got rid of the "Wall-O-Shame," where local thieves and people with fame IDs had their pictures up with funny commentary.

I've driven by this store many times and FINALLY stopped in. What was I waiting for?!…read more THIS STORE IS AMAZING! First, and foremost, the staff was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I don't think I've had anyone help me in-store EVER as this lady did. She was a great problem-solver (I love dried mango flavor in things, but am a TOTAL zero flames so even if chili is the last ingredient, it's too spicy for me. OPE.). My curry-making problem is now solved. THANK YOU! Second, this small store is like a TARDIS or Mary Poppins' bag. Each aisle is packed to the brim with treasures. We were in somewhat of a hurry, but honestly I could spend quite a while there (and know that if I have questions, I will learn solutions). There is a LONG wall of freezer things that looked enticing - our daughter got a box of 22 (!!) frozen samosas, which she loves. There is fresh produce in back, more refrigerated things, shelves and shelves of deliciousness, and my very favorite, a WHOLE section of spices and spice mix. There were many things unfamiliar to me, which I can't wait to try. The beans and rice selection is quite thorough. The prices are excellent. HOW did I not go here before? Hope you enjoy it, too. You can find them on fb; there is no other website. APNA is housed in a large blue building, shared with another store. Note: The only way to turn in is from N Avenue. Ask me how I know. There is no entrance on 9th street!
