I was charged for 2 months service for the temporary number I was assigned BECAUSE THEY SCREENED UP AND DID NOT PORT OVER MY NUMBER. So ATT never cancelled my service and kept billing me. They took the time to carefully evaluate everything, gave me a very competitive offer, and even provided detailed market values for the cards--which I later cross-checked and found to be more than fair. What really set them apart was the guidance they offered. They helped me understand which cards were truly worth grading, walked me through the PSA submission process, and even assisted in getting the graded cards listed on an auction service to maximize my return. The level of care and professionalism throughout the entire experience was outstanding.
