Which in terms means they can double charge you if they want to. Legally, they're supposed to tell you about their redux fee to set up your phone, but they choose not to because they don't want their customers to run away. So we still ended up being charged double. I paid almost $900 in less than 1 month(3 weeks) for service for 4 phones from Verizon wireless zone. I urge any and all who want Verizon as their service provider to find a corporate store so you are not charged a redux fee of $40/phone and then turn around and charge an activation fee of $35/phone. I've never been so disappointed when it comes to switching services cuz I've been with the same service provider for over 10 years and then was taken by the people that run the store in Sturgis, Michigan. One of them, their name is rigo idk his last name and the other one's name is William Ake. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office/store about this matter. I am contacting the better Business bureau about this matter.
