Utterly horrible I…read morewas having hardware issues I traced to my SSD. I even brought the problem SSD in myself so they could test it If your website says diagnostics are free, then customers shouldn't be charged just to confirm what they already told you. And if the motherboard really is the issue, Ascend should foot the bill for a replacement, not push the cost onto the customer after failing to handle the initial diagnosis properly. I came in expecting honesty and fair service, not upsells and surprise charges. Customers deserve transparency -- not to be told "free" diagnostics, then handed a bill and blamed hardware.

They had the new phone but were unable to access my account with Version due to three errors (wrong name, contact number and pin number) that they had made in my account information in the past. When asked if they could correct the errors, they said that could not because I did not have the correct pin number, even after the errors were pointed out to them. The district manager was at the Coldwater store and was rude and would not contact Version to correct the errors that his group had made. I left the store and contacted Version technical support and was able to make the corrections to my account and cancel the new phone from the Coldwater office. Version Tech. support was also able to reorder the phone add a new line to my account and arrange for pick up that day at another Version location.

I stopped in for the first time ever in a Maurices Department Store and was so pleased I did. I went in hoping to find a pair of dress pants for work, was expecting to purchase 1 pair but ended up buying 2 since I couldn't decide which style I liked best and they were on a limited BOGO deal. The associate who aided me in my search was fantastic! Liz, you are my hero! I am 35 yrs old and have never felt so welcomed in a department store and received so much help and guidance from an associate as I did from Liz.
