The machine did have a hand printed paper that said "Pay cash & card here". Besides the confusion, the store had what we needed. We were in and out within 10 mins. This store was conveniently located near our weekend stay.

They got most of the stuffs that I like but they do have seasonal sales that could go up to 75% discount so...something I got things at really cheap and by luck too. Service is slow but friendly so can't say much. There is only one cashier at the register and I only see 2 only during holidays. Overall, they got what I needed and by luck, they're on sales. Parking is easy since they have their own parking and the store is clean, bright and airy.

I waited approximately 10 minutes for assistance. I politely tried to get the attention of the manager, who was working in the photo area, but he either did not hear me or chose not to respond. I waited a few more minutes, and still no one came to assist. After repeatedly waiting without help, I raised my voice simply to get someone's attention. Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience.

They got all the stuffs but not well organized. Just a few staff here and there, mostly you're on your own to find the stuff you're looking for. She will ask for personal medical records, interrogate you about your medical experience and the reason you need your meds. She has actively lied about not receiving documentation from the doctors. Pharmacist Terene argued against the doctors script, and wrote on my script that I need to stop taking it. I've been on this controlled substance for 6 years. My medication gives me a better quality of life. I don't know why she wanted to deny me of getting a medication that allows me to function. Pharmacists and the techs back there all look miserable and like they hate their job. Pretty rude staff overall. I wouldn't wish this treatment on anyone by a pharmacy.
